Just like at a hotel, where you provide your ID and security deposit at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simpleâonly online! We use a secure system, where youâll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a quick security hold (not a deposit). Once completed, your arrival instructions will be sent right to you.

Parking: Guests will have access to private parking located at the back of the building.
ENTRY: Your unit is UNIT 27. On the front & back doors there is a keyless keypad for your use. To unlock, please type in your code and then twist the manual knob to the left. To lock the door, simply press the button on the top of the device with the âSCHLAGEâ icon and twist the knob to the right.
THE SPACE:
Living Room:
The living room features a large Smart TV preloaded with Netflix and other apps for your entertainment. The couch may or may not pull out, but we do have an air mattress in the linen closet should you need it! The thermostat can be found on the back wall of the living room for adjusting heating and cooling.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for your stay. Please let us know if you need anything that you donât see, and we will bring it to you!
Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms. The first, smaller bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. The master bedroom includes a King-sized bed, a large closet, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace.
Bathrooms:
The unit includes one full bathroom with extra hand towels, washcloths, and additional toilet paper under the sink. There is also a convenient half bath on the first floor.
Basement:
Accessible through the kitchen, the basement door will remain locked during your stay.
Outdoor Space:
This home boasts a small balcony at the front and a cozy patio accessed through the back door near the kitchen.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action asap.
