Welcome to this charming home located in Dunbar! It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Have some time to relax in our comfortable sofa bed and a Roku TV in our living room for your enjoyment! Our dining area and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals for your family and friends. This house will give you an awesome and homey experience! The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Immediately inside the front door is the living room with sofa bed, comfy arm chair, and SmartTV. Enjoy home cooked meals prepared in our fully-equipped kitchen! We provide all the essentials. Gather around the farm table located in the dining room. Benches and two chairs provide ample seating.
In the four bedrooms you will find one room with two double beds, two rooms with a double bed, and one room with a queen and double bed. The full bathrooms each have a shower/tub combination.
Outside enjoy the patio with table, chairs, and charcoal grill!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in a residential area with easy access on major expressways, interstates, and supermarkets. Only a few minutes away to Columbus Specialty Hospital!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
