I checked in the hotel the male manager (Vilsar) was there. I asked if I could have an early check in since i had been driving over 8 hrs and was exhausted. He immediately said they had nothing available and said check in was at 3. I said ok, but I didnât care if it was the exact room I booked and anything would be fine. He asked if I had a reservation and I said yes and gave him my info. He was looking to see if anything was clean and he had a sheet of paper with all the available rooms ( which I have) he was a bit abrupt asked for my liscense and credit card. As I was looking for it, I asked his name. He then said I need to stop acting entitled and early check in is not guaranteed. At that point I was just in so much disbelief he called me entitled as I was just standing there doing nothing. I asked how was I entitled, as I wasnât yelling or fussing but just standing there. He said I wouldnât give him my debit card or liscense and I asked for his name. I told him I was a reviewer and I leave reviews and wanted to acknowledge who helps. So it escalated to the point he said he would cancel my reservation and I could go somewhere else. Literally disbelief and exhausted I told him if thatâs what he wanted to do then ok. I didnât want to stay where I wasnât welcomed. He then apologized if he came across harsh and was trying to help and gave me my room key.
