There are 2 single Air beds available, as well as, the large comfy sofa for sleeping. Max 7 guests allowed.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Smart TV in living room w/CABLE, board games, ceiling fans, outdoor deck and propane fire pit and 2nd lower fire pit area out in the yard with red adirondack chairs, dining table for 6, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island as well, open concept kitchen w/dining table. Dining table becomes a poker table, and large comfy couch in living room, as well as, a downstairs queen suite w/additional living room/TV hang out space.

KITCHEN: Fridge, stove, drip coffee maker, sugar packets, and filters provided, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, toaster
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer in laundry room, Smart Lock keyless entry (front), central heating & A/C, hair dryer, linens/towels
SECURITY: 2 external security cameras (facing front door to monitor parking and side door). Unique code smartlock keyless entry code for each guest.
PET FRIENDLY: $75 Pet fee for up to 2 dogs, $100 for 3 dogs. No cats or other animals allowed.
SUITABILITY: Steps required to access front and back entry, single story home.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) Free parking.

We are very close to Starbucks, Target, lots of dining along Garner`s Ferry Road, Ft Jackson, and downtown Columbia! This is in a cute, established neighborhood w/a newly redone playground called Hampton park which is walking distance from the house. There are also basketball courts here to enjoy.

There`s a neighborhood park nearby that you can take advantage of for kids with a walking trail, Tennis (or Pickleball) courts and basketball courts as well as a baseball field you could walk a pet to to run around that`s fenced! Heathwood Park is 2.6 miles away and very great for kids, as well!

You will receive a unique code for the keyless smart lock entry! There are some stairs leading up to the front door.

We live nearby, but you won`t see us in person unless there is a problem! We are available to message through the app.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets

To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.

Please Note: We will NOT ship ANY items left behind. Please ensure you have gathered ALL your belongs prior to checking out. We will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.

By booking with us you agree to not hold property owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death. All bookings understand that by booking and paying for their stay, they accept these terms at the time of booking for the duration and thereafter of their stay.

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees or file claims for damages and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
