Nestled on 5 wooded acres, this artistically designed two story elevated boat has all the luxury amenities. Within 30 minutes to Glacier National Park, minutes from Whitefish Mtn Ski Resort. Best of both worlds if you want to experience Montana nature as well have access to activities in Whitefish and Columbia Falls. 

Glacier Park Int. Airport (GPI) in Kalispell is just 7 miles away. The setting is perfect for a quiet writers retreat, honey moon or romantic getaway with your own wooded acreage, or an unforgettable solo trip to Montana. 

Our property is the best of both worlds as you can be in town in Whitefish or Columbia Falls within minutes, but still like you have your own private setting in the woods. There are currently 3 treehouses on site on our property. Each structure is about 100 Ft a part. You may have seen The Beverly Boat featured on Instagram @mttreehouse.  We have situated the treehouses so they still maintain their utmost privacy having decks and seating areas facing their own private wooded space. 

The Beverly grand entrance is a floating steel staircase leading you up to the main entrance of the boat. There is no “roughing it” in this boathouse. The first floor has a full bathroom with a double head full sized tile shower and sink. More behind the scene photos The master suite loft has a luxury king mattress leading out to the 2nd story boathouse deck through a sliding glass door for the most relaxing space to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee overlooking your private wooded setting. 

This is not a wedding venue. While we have very simple elopements on property (usually the couple and a photographer + officiant), we don't advertise our property as a wedding venue. Guests beyond those booking need to be approved and if there is to be an event held on property, it needs to be communicated prior to booking to ensure the communication is clear for both parties. 

Your own private wooded space with a campfire ring. We are happy to give you suggestions for local attractions, services and more but you will have complete privacy here. No pets please. Absolutely NO Smoking on treehouse decks! Evidence of smoking on decks will cause you to forfeit your security deposit.
