Welcome to Flathead Riverfront Serenity, a beautiful new home in Columbia Falls. This home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an open-concept living area. Located right on the Flathead River with gorgeous views of the Swan Mountain Range, you'll be sure to make Montana memories to last a lifetime!

This two-story home is not your traditional floor plan, with the living area being on the second level of the house and the bedrooms being on the bottom level of the house. The main level of the home hosts two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom has an outdoor theme with a queen-size bed on a wooden bed frame and fly-fishing decor with a chair in the corner to sit and read a book. The second bedroom has more of a feminine vibe with a queen-size bed, a rocking chair, and pink wall accents. The bathroom features a double vanity, a shower/ tub combo, and lots of room to share between the guests on this level of the home.

Head on upstairs, and you are greeted with an open-concept living area. The kitchen will be the first room you flow into. It has updated appliances and a beautiful, spacious kitchen island. There is also bar seating for four people, perfect if you love to entertain from the kitchen. The kitchen flows into the living room, which has floor-to-ceiling windows perfect for mountain and river views. Cozy up on the couch or the attached love seat, and have a family movie night. Behind the couch is the dining room, which has seating for six people. You also have access to the balcony from this room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at night on the outdoor furniture. The upper level also has a full laundry room, so you can fold your clothes right on the counter. Lastly, the primary bedroom is the last room in the house. There is a king-size bed with a TV to enjoy your favorite movies. There is an en-suite located in the primary bedroom. You can either take a hot shower or a bath and enjoy the outdoor views.

Outside, you have a covered patio off the back of the house, which has a grill, two lounge chairs, and a table for you to enjoy your meals outside. There is also a swing set perfect for the children to use. This property backs up to a neighborhood greenway trail where you have access from your backdoor to walk the trail, which follows the river.

This breathtaking home is located 1 mile from the Flathead National Forest, 9 miles from Whitefish, 15 miles from Kalispell and 17 miles from Glacier National Park. Make this luxury escape your home base for your Northern Montana adventures!

In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.

Let me first start off by saying the house was very nice and big enough for all 6 adults. Everyone had their own space and was not on top of each other which was great.That being said - we were all rather disappointed with the view. According to the picture posted - which is the one that is being used for this review - there is a beautiful view from this unit of the river as well as the mountain behind. That was the 1 main reason we all chose this location - for the view. Unfortunately neither were the case. There was so much greenery from all of the trees and undergrowth you could just barely see parts of the river. I would strongly suggest -since clearly the photo you are using is one from winter or cooler weather - that you also include a photo of what exactly the view is during summer months when everything is alive and green. It just seems a shame for those looking to escape to a beautiful area once a year on vacation and you don't really get what you think you are getting.If the view had indeed been what was pictured uou would have gotten the higest rating I could give.
