THE RENTAL SPACE

Step into a cozy, western-inspired open-concept space that includes:

•  A thoughtfully equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals
•  Comfortable living area for lounging and gathering
•  A spacious bedroom featuring:
  – One queen bed
  – Two twin XL beds
  – A quiet workspace ideal for writing or planning
  – En suite bathroom with walk-in shower

Please note: the bedroom’s casement windows are not safe for young children—use caution when staying with little ones.

KITCHENETTE DETAILS

Our kitchenette is designed for simplicity and nourishment. It includes a mid-size fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, single-burner induction cooktop, crockpot, and a versatile toaster/air fryer/convection oven combo. Also included: a coffee maker, grinder, tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, food processor, and spiralizer.

Cooking basics are provided: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and a variety of spices—plus fresh herbs in pots when in season. There’s even an aloe plant nearby, just in case you need a little natural healing after a sunburn or kitchen mishap.

Enjoy full access to our expansive 1,000 sq. ft. deck facing Pikes Peak, including:

•  Two 6-burner grills
•  Four+ outdoor dining areas (seating for 4–8 each)

The deck is shared only with your on-site hosts (no other guests)—you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy sunrise coffee, sunset dinners, or stargazing in solitude.
