After parking in the long driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and around to the keyless entry, allowing you to come and go as you please during your stay!

In the kitchen, cook to your heart's content! It's perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay.

Gather 'round in the warm and bright living room, featuring a large Smart TV and a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.

Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! The Master Bedroom also features a full en-suite bathroom, beautifully finished with custom tile throughout. Enjoy the double shower head, walk-in shower, and spaciousness to get ready in the mornings or before a night out on the town!

The bathroom is fully stocked with a hair dryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forget while on the go!

Traveling with little ones? No need to stress! We happily provide a pack 'n play and high chair in our unit for your use at any time during your stay. 😊

❄ Heating/AC

We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round.



Guest Access:

🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



đŸ’” Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

A little hard to find, in an average neighborhood, but a gem!

It was a bit difficult to find, but once we did, we were pleasantly surprised by the place. Very quiet, private and really nice place. Centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see and I would definitely stay there again. Great location, great value, very clean and updated. Great communication from the owners as well.
