The Space:

Welcome to Parkside Ridge, a thoughtfully designed space that offers comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

The inviting living area features a plush sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and cozy decor, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. The open layout ensures a seamless flow between spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals. Complimentary coffee and spices are also provided. The dining area offers comfortable seating for four, making it ideal for meals and gatherings.

Guest Access:

🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, outdoor spaces and the Hot Tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Other Things to Note:

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🚗 Parking

Guests have two designated parking spaces on the right side of the driveway. The driveway is shared with the front unit, so guests must not block the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.



🏠 Shared Property: Parkside Ridge is located next to Parkside Haven. The main house is rented separately. Please be mindful of quiet hours and respect other guests on the property. If you're interested in renting both units together for more space, feel free to reach out for availability!
