📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

🏠 Shared Property: Parkside Ridge is located next to Parkside Haven. The main house is rented separately. Please be mindful of quiet hours and respect other guests on the property. If you're interested in renting both units together for more space, feel free to reach out for availability!

We love staying in Monument, but this redone garage needs serious TLC. Stained furniture, damaged paint/wall in living room. Can’t sit at kitchen table because chairs are too tall. Afraid to turn on stove with tilted electric coils. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Broken bed (we opted for privacy over repair). Broken washing machine that we asked to have repaired but despite reassurances that the housekeeping staff would be responding, was not even looked at. One positive was really good water pressure in the shower.

We had no hot water for 4 1/2 days. We were promised it would be fixed each day. We never got updates unless I asked for one. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, but did not receive one. This turned into the worst vacation we have every had!

This place was great with a great location next to a park for the kids. The hot tub was also a nice addition! We just wish it was made clearer that this is Unit B with the same address as the house in the front. Then I wouldn’t have had to wait in the rain while trying to get customer servicemen the phone about why the entry code didn’t work.

Overall we had a nice stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped . Communication with management was great. They answered quickly to our needs.The biggest issue with the house was that the pub chairs around the dining table were too tall for the table. One could not sit properly and eat at the table because your legs wouldn’t fit under the table. So you had to sit sideways or stand next to the table. Also, couch could use a good steam cleaning.
