Big house, nice neighborhood

The house is really big with many rooms, perfect for a multi-generational family reunion with elderly and young kids. Host was responsive, though unfortunately unable to help fix the main kitchen light the entire week we were there. It is an older place, but we were grateful got the slave.

I get the higher price due to the beautiful Old North end of Colorado Springs. But to add on an additional $50 for early check-in was petty and unprofessional. Your ad was misleading as well given the number of guest you could house as the upstairs four beds were almost unattainable. You made great attempts with older decor, but all the beds were old and should have been Queens or Kings

We had a great week in Colorado Springs and this house made it even better. Well stocked kitchen. Great hot tub. Perfect location. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place!
