While the thermostat is located in the upstairs unit, we're happy to adjust it remotely to keep the space comfortable throughout your stay. Space heaters are also available on request if you prefer extra warmth and control.

â° Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
đ” Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Please be mindful of excessive noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, and respect the space and privacy of other guests. We want all guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in this peaceful environment.
đ„ Fire Pit & Grill: If you plan on using the fire pit or grill, please refer to the posted instructions and local regulations due to the high risk of wildfires in Colorado. Before using the fire pit or grill, guests should check with the host or the city website to see if there are any restrictions or guidelines in place. For example, there may be a ban on outdoor fires and grill use during dry periods or high fire danger days. After use, it's crucial to fully extinguish the fire pit to prevent any embers or sparks from reigniting. Guests should pour water over the fire, stirring the embers and ashes to ensure everything is fully doused. It's also recommended to cover the fire pit with a fire pit cover or metal lid to prevent any accidental reignition.
đ Smoking: In accordance with Colorado law, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area near the fire pit. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking in any other outdoor areas, as well as inside the home, to help maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests. We strictly prohibit smoking anything, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping, inside the home. Any violation of this policy will result in the loss of the security deposit.
