Cette maison partage l'accĂšs Ă  la riviĂšre et se trouve Ă  quelques pas des arcades de penny, d'une tyrolienne, des magasins, des bars et des restaurants du centre-ville de Manitou Springs. La cabine elle-mĂȘme a sa propre terrasse juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la salle Ă  manger et a Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  la magnifique riviĂšre derriĂšre. Toute la maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec une nouvelle cuisine toute nouvelle Ă©lectricitĂ©, plancher et nouvelles salles de bains. Trop fatiguĂ© pour cuisiner, pas de problĂšme! A quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons Ă  pied et vous ĂȘtes en plein milieu de la ville avec toutes sortes de choix de plats et de boissons sans parler de grands magasins et d'une salle de jeux.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient adoré cette maison de vacances et son accÚs facile à pied. Had to fix leaking drain fitting in kitchen sink. Also put the light fixture back in the refrigerator that was hanging out of place. Also the parking is terrible for a honda odyssey van . We had 2 places to park . One was impossible to get into and the other was super tight.

Loved the location of the place. Easy walk into Manitou Springs to do whatever you wanted to there. The creek behind the place was relaxing to sit by after a long day playing tourist and visiting family. The house was clean and provided some games that we took advantage of using in the evenings. The only bad thing which wasn't awful but if you have a larger vehicle it would be a tight squeeze getting in the parking spot under the carport. Would rent it again.

Very nice location near town, comfortable and peaceful. Pictures of property in listing were accurate but we didn’t realize the master bath and laundry were not dedicated rooms - the dividing wall did not go to ceiling. Doing laundry early in morning was like doing it inside the MBR. (It is very similar to the loft bedroom pictured where the dividing wall stops short of the ceiling.)Additionally, we did have several cooking utensils that we found still dirty so we had to wash all dishes before cooking/eating breakfast.

Walk to town. No bathroom privacy

âž»Overall, it was a decent stay. The property was clean, in a good location, and made it easy to get to downtown. However, there were a few things we wish we had known beforehand.First, there was absolutely no privacy in the bathroom, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The bedroom had skylights—beautiful during the day, but not ideal if you’re hoping to sleep past sunrise. We were also surprised to find that there were two other units on the property. If you’re an early riser and don’t mind a lack of bathroom privacy, this could still be a good spot for you. But for light sleepers or those looking for a more private setup, this might not be the best fit.

Great location

We really enjoyed our time here and were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The place was super clean, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking in, and the lighting from the skylights throughout the house were very nice. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Manitou! Just a couple of things that would have been helpful if explained in the listing better (but not negative, or has changed our review at all) is that the stairs to the bedroom with the two double beds were very steep and the stairs themselves were small. And 2, the listing does mention river access is shared, but doesn't describe that access to it is a very short walk behind the other two smaller cabins. Not a deal breaker, or an issue for us, but the listing could outline these two things better

Amazing Location

Perfect sized house for my wife, 4 boys and myself. The location was perfect within walking distance of the shopping and parks. The boys loved hanging out by the stream behind the house when we were at the house. Will definitely look to rent this house again when we return. Quick return communication from the property owners on questions during our stay. A location to everything Manitou Springs has to offer.

Great Place!

My husband and I stayed here while dog-sitting our son’s mini dachshund. We loved the peaceful setting with access to the stream in back. There is both a private fenced area for this cabin as well as a shared area to sit and relax by the stream. It is within a short walking distance to all the Manitou attractions. Inside is clean, recently renovated and comfortable. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location and a cute cabin

The cabin was cute, tidy, and perfect for myself, my partner, and our two dogs. We loved the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs! The furnace did seem to have a bit of a burnt smell, which we got used to, but noticed every time we came back to the home. The wifi was also spotty at times. However, overall, we had a wonderful stay!

No communication, or check ins from management to check we were doing ok etc. The cleanliness wasn’t superb. I still remember looking at the fake flower vase, the flowers had merged with dust; it was the only place where my allergies flared up during our trip.

Manitou Springs Stay

Rental was nice, the stream was not as accessible as we thought it might be. It was behind 2 cabins that were behind ours. Parking was a little tight for 2 midsized SUVs. Could not open doors when parking under carport. But all in all was a nice stay.
