Unwind in this spacious and comfortable home situated in the gorgeous mountain region of Monument, Colorado. The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a jetted tub in the master suite, and central air conditioning and heating on both the main level and upper level. With two water heaters, you'll have an endless supply of hot water. The home also has ample space for entertaining family and friends, as well as a large backyard with a deck featuring a fire pit table, grill, and outdoor games. The Air Force Academy is just a short 12-minute drive away.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. 2 bedrooms contain queen beds with walk in closets. And the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and walk in closet.

MAIN LEVEL
Main level contains the EXTREMELY LARGE master bedroom with access to the back deck. This room has a California King bed, office desk, and a 5-piece ensuite master bathroom with a vanity, jetted tub, separate shower with body jets, and 2 walk-in closets.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with appliances, slab granite countertops, double ovens, and a 6-burner gas stove. We also provide plastic plates, cups, bows, and utensils for kids. The main level also has a large kitchen table that opens into the living room and separate large dining table for hosting diners with family. The living room is wonderful for family gatherings with vaulted ceilings. Watch movies, play games, or enjoy a romantic evening in front of the gas fireplace in the main living room. The deck is great for relaxing with a glass of wine in front of the fire pit table, playing in the large yard, and BBQing.

BASEMENT
The large basement features a wet bar, complete with a mini fridge, TV, pool table, arcade, and a large sectional sofa! You will also find the 2 other large bedrooms down here with 2 king beds and another full bathroom!

The fun doesn't stop there! You will find an in-ground basketball hoop in the driveway.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and downstairs closet.

Other things to note
We do have an inflatable queen air mattress upon request if you have up to 14 guests.

HOUSE RULES:

As a Host of Airbnb and VRBO, we aim to make your stay a 5-star experience! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you would follow these house rules. We appreciate your cooperation!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is 5 PM and check-out is 12 PM. Please respect my cleaner’s tight schedule. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if scheduling allows for $25 extra charge. Advanced notice is required to hire extra help to finish cleaning on time.

PARKING:
- Our property is in a covenant protected neighborhood. For security purposes, there is no street parking at night. Please park on the driveway.

QUIET HOURS:
- 9 pm-8 am. Please respect my neighbors and their families. Any loud parties will be shut down.

GENERAL RULES:
- Our property has cameras on the outside for security purposes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
- Please load the dishwasher by 10AM on the morning of checkout, throw away old food, and rinse off extra dishes.

PARTIES:
- No parties or events. Renter, Guests, and all others are subject to immediate eviction, or be removed from the premises if Renter is in breach of this Agreement and forfeits the return of any security/damage deposit or refund.
- Only the number of people booked may stay overnight at the property.

PETS:
- We do NOT allow pets of any kind on the property. This is to avoid allergies for other guests. However, if you have a service animal please message ahead of time. Violation of this rule will result in a $300 fine in order to remove stains and odors.

NO SMOKING:
- Smoking is prohibited INSIDE or ON the property. If there is any evidence of smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other substances inside or on the property, Renter is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to stains, burns, odors and removal of debris. Renter, Guests, and all others are subject to immediate eviction, will be fined $500, and will be removed from the premises if Renter is in breach of this Agreement and forfeits the return of any security/damage deposit or refund.

WEATHER:
- Driveway, walkways, porches, and decks may be slippery due to icy conditions in weather, use at your own risk. Hosts and owners will not be held liable for injuries due to ice.
- Snow Removal Service Provided. Homeowner/Host is NOT responsible for any damage caused by snow removal equipment.

DAMAGES:
- Guests and their group are 100% liable for their group for any damages to property. My team takes great care to clean, sanitize, and maintain our properties for our valuable guests like yourself. Any damages that were “Like that when I got here” must be reported within the first hour of check-in with pictures to count.
- At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

Please remember that our home (your vacation rental) is not a hotel, please be respectful of the neighborhood and our property and keep it clean before you leave.
