⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. It was good cozy and close to everything . I really enjoyed the park across the street as well. I would suggest to replace the pull out couch , or at least the mattress. It is very uncomfortable.to sleep on .

The place itself was just as described. Quaint, clean, great location. Unfortunately this place is run by a management company so there really isn't a "host". The company uses a chat-bot for 80% of their communications with is quite annoying.

great property for the money

It's difficult to find affordable accommodations in Colorado Springs. It needs air conditioning in the bedroom and I was a bit nervous about my car, but for the money, it's a great rental.

Property was very accommodating

Property was very accommodating and easy to get too and from the hospital where my family member was. The property provided everything needed for my stay. I will be using this service again when they have to come back for next treatments.
