There are a lot of steps, and the instructions to the alley could have been more clear. However, the space was much bigger than I realized! It was very nice, all the amenities described, and perfectly located within walking distance from shops and restaurants.

The space is beautiful! The owners were readily helpful when we had a hiccup here and there. There is limited space in the bathroom, so be prepared to use the cabinet that’s easily accessible next to the sink.

- NO AC. Hot house, NO thermostat, Host controls the temperature remotely. Hot house. - Poor communication with host. Host does not reply timely to questions or responses are vague and incomplete via text ONLY. Poor customer service. Seemed like it was AI - generated responses. - 3rd. floor, narrow and steep stairs and staircase. Felt unsafe. Old house, smells bad and old, although is clean.

Perfect property in The Springs

This was a perfect spot to spend a weekend visit to Colorado Springs. Everything in the listing is as described. It was very spacious, comfortable, and within walking distance of restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit.

Great downtown COS option!

We rented this property for two visiting professors from South Korea. It was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. I cannot say enough good things about the host. They were outstanding at communication and provided a thorough online guide to the property and local area which was very helpful. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed to get settled. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location in downtown Colorado Springs.
