🔑 Enjoy full access to the guesthouse and everything in it. Make yourself at home with full use of the kitchen and laundry room. The backyard and hot tub is shared with the main house, which is available to rent via Airbnb should you need more room for friends or family. We will happily offer a discount to guests who would like to book both houses.

❄ Shared Hot Tub Info: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The shared hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Overall a good stay, my kid enjoyed the setup and it was low hassle. I would stay again but hope these will be looked into:-Microwave did not work, we worked around it.-Water gets scalding hot, Dangerous for kids. Could've been some messaging about it.-Hot tub area needs Maintenance, Supplies was not orderly or easy to use -Most dishes were dirty or had grime on them and needed hand washing from the cabinet-I liked clear messaging throughout the house but it was inconsistent with the digital messaging and check out procedures.

Nice property, well managed

Overall it was great
 clean, as described, and great communication with the mgt company. Unfortunately, when leaving to go out the 1st night we couldn’t get the door to lock. The instructions weren’t working and we confirmed it wasn’t user error. It was dark and didn’t feel like a very safe area
 and some neighbors were yelling outside
 all not very settling. Got the door lock working better the 2nd day with mgt help. Overall, good
 just an unsettling 1st night.

Great Location!

Overall this is a good property. Great location if you are looking for somewhere central in Colorado Springs and close to everything in DT or Old North neighborhood. The hottub and grill are a great addition. However, be aware that there was limited kitchen equipment available (e.g. no wine opener, no foil or saran wrap or storage containers) so if you want to cook, keep that in mind. Although the place was small and old, it was kept in good shape with a great bed and overall very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Pleasant Stay

My 2 kids and I had a great time. The accommodations were complete, clean, and nice, the property managers were friendly and checked in on us frequently, the location was great and near the various places we wanted to visit. We were surprised that we were sharing the property - hot tub, fire pit and grill with tenants in the front house. Luckily, they were very nice and respectful. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Colorado Springs!!
