Les terrains de ce domaine sont bien amĂ©nagĂ©s et magistralement intĂ©grĂ©s dans le cadre naturel. À l'extĂ©rieur de la maison, il y a une fontaine d'eau tranquille, un gazebo et une terrasse arriĂšre couverte pour profiter des belles soirĂ©es du Colorado.

Cette superbe conception architecturale est parfaitement posée sur 22 acres avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne et la ville. La grande salle présente des poutres en bois, une cheminée en pierre, des plafonds voûtés et des portes qui mÚnent à une terrasse extérieure parfaite pour se divertir. La cuisine exquise comprend de belles armoires, des appareils de qualité professionnelle, des planchers en bois, des comptoirs en granit et une machine à expresso. Le niveau principal comprend également une entrée spectaculaire, une suite privée avec une salle de bain complÚte, une demi-baignoire, une salle à manger spacieuse et un bureau offrant beaucoup d'espace pour recevoir des invités.

A l'Ă©tage, quatre chambres, dont la suite parentale avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision, sa propre terrasse privĂ©e et une salle de bains luxueuse. Une chambre a un lit king size et une salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte. Une autre chambre avec lit queen se connecte Ă  3/4 salle de bain avec double vasque. La quatriĂšme chambre dispose actuellement de deux lits jumeaux et peut ĂȘtre convertie en lit king-size sur demande prĂ©alable.

Le niveau inférieur dispose d'un grand bar intégré avec une salle de loisirs idéale pour les loisirs occasionnels. Il y a une chambre supplémentaire avec lit king size et un lit gigogne double, deux salles de bain 3/4, une salle de jeux spacieuse avec un bar et une aire de jeux et une piscine intérieure avec bain à remous.

The hosts were amazing. I’m so grateful they took the time to give a quick tutorial on how everything in the house works on my first day there. The house itself was equally amazing. My family loved the indoor heated pool! We celebrated Christmas here and were delighted by the amount of cooking necessities that were provided. There were even toys, a high chair, and pack and plays for our little ones. Such a fantastic trip overall!

My family & I absolutely adored this property! It was very spacious, cleanly, and perfect for all of my family to get together. There were extra beds, blankets, sheets, pool towels, and all sorts of dishes that we were able to use. Diana was very easy to get ahold of and was able to answer any questions we had. It was the most beautiful weekend in Monument and the views were incredible! I would recommend to anybody and would love to come back and stay someday! Many memories made!

Texas Family Vacation

This was our annual family vacation. There are 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids). The property is outstanding. Very scenic. We saw deer and fox and hiked the trail on the property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Be sure to go by the house first before going to the store. Short drives to all the sights in the area. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Diana & Matt for being such great hosts.

Many properties meet expectations, but it's incredibly rare when they exceed it, especially by so much.This is just an incredible home, in a great location with amazing views. Matt and Diana were extremely responsive and it was obvious they sincerely cared we were enjoying our visit. We also really enjoyed meeting Matt and his son for check-in/home tour, showing us what a lovely, conscientious family they are. I realize this home gets a 10/10, but that's only because you can't rate it any higher. It is exactly what it's advertised as, only better. Comfortable, spacious, well kept, clean and amazing property with amazing views doesn't even begin to do this home justice. The only negative I have is that eventually we had to leave. Thank you Matt and Diana for a spectacular stay!

Wedding weekend for the family

We rented this property for us and our extended family, who were all traveling in from out of town for our wedding. The property was spacious, elegant and well-appointed. The location is phenomenal - gorgeous views on a large parcel of land, with plenty of space for 15 people to bunk comfortably. There were 5 kids (ages 7-17) in the group, and they enjoyed playing on the back patio and the exploring the paths around the property. It was about a 30 minute driving into old Colorado Springs, so convenient to just about everything in the local area.There were small things on the property that didn't work - the deadbolt on the front door wouldn't turn with the key, and the exhaust fan in the master bathroom was non-functional, to name a couple. Nothing that was problematic enough to cause a real issue during our stay, but for the price they are the sorts of things you'd hope would be in good repair. The space was great for entertaining, as we had a number of friends over the night before the wedding. Even with 30 people, the space didn't feel crowded. It was a pleasant home base for all the celebrations, and a great spot for wedding prep the day of the ceremony. Recommended!

Wonderful Family Christmas

Gorgeous home, incredibly stocked in every way;Kitchen, linens , games , pool accessories
 etc. so nicely decorated for Christmas. All the bedrooms perfectly positioned for quiet & great sleep. We so enjoyed all the space to play games, do puzzles, and the piano was a blessing for all, as our older grandkids as performed Christmas songs! A bonus was parking 2 of our cars in the garage. We enjoyed walking the property trails. We highly recommend this house & property. We would love to return

Palmer Lake/monument house with a view and a pool indoor.

This property had the most amazing view and long driveway to a big beautiful mansion home. We enjoyed and rented this home for the indoor pool my daughter loves to swim. It was so fun to watch the snow melt outside while we swam I the warm pool and hot spa we could heat with an all the info the property manager explained to me. We had a wonderfully quiet time at this home and enjoyed the space after doing a side ranch with sixteen of our closet friends and family the week before for thanksgiving. It was fabulous to have such. Centrally located house while we explored the area seeing family in Denver and friends in Colorado Springs. We definitely will utilize this home again when we travel back to Colorado the next time it was fantastic and we throughly enjoyed our time there. Our friends came to visit us and loved the gazebo outside that had a great view and wonderful pictures they took! Traveling in December is always tough but the owners made every accessible and we’re available when we needed anything. Truly a gem and worth it for any CB bigger group then us but we were sold when we saw the pool and spa!

Wedding weekend stay in the mountains

This was a last minute find for us due to a prior rental being cancelled. Owners basically rescued us on short notice and allowed us to book their beautiful home for days leading up to our son's wedding. When we arrived, it was simply beyond expectations. There were 11 of us and the 6 bedroom/6 bath home was amazingly spacious, and had breath-taking views. It was well stocked, well appointed, and so very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Major Disappointment

We were told that an Event/Wedding Tent would be on the property when we arrived on Saturday. It was agreed that it would be removed on Monday. It was not. It remained on the property, adjacent to the house, all week. It obstructed 100% of the views from the ground floor and 75% of the views from the main floor. It was massive. The Tent is not depicted in any of the photographs of the house. The owner, Matt, at the end of our stay, admitted they " unfortunately" forgot to tell us that the Tent would be there all week. Additionally, there were significant issues (either not working at all or not working correctly) with the: 1. A/C; 2. Internet; and 3. TV. The owner, Matt, was indifferent to almost all of ours concerns, especially and surprisingly, the Tent. He even said the Tent was an " asset" !

This home is magnificent! Everything about it is top-notch! There is a large yard so our kids could play outdoor games. It is a beautiful area for running and the house is simply stunning. It exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely incredible!

I don’t even know where to start
it was the best rental experience ever. We had a big family get together with 11 of us staying in the house and another 10 staying in Monument. We hosted a Murder Mystery party and a catered dinner. The host family was quick to respond back and super accommodating. They met us at the house at check-in to explain how to work the heated pool, hot tub and in-house sound system. We had roughly 2 feet of snow the first full day, which made it hard to get up the driveway but they were quick to connect us with someone to plow the driveway and at a very reasonable price. Once the snow was done, it made for the most beautiful setting. Perched up on a hill, overlooking all the houses lit up in the neighborhood valley, the white snow covered mountains with the green trees and red rocks peeking through the snow, is something we will never forget. The house is a great size and never felt crowded. The bedrooms all have great views, were all good size and were very comfortable. The house was loaded with just about anything you can think of or anything you would need to host a group. The pool and hot tub worked great and were put to good use nightly. The location is great with plenty of food and shopping options nearby and it’s a quick 15 minutes into Colorado Springs. I’m sure I’m forgetting plenty and could go on and on about how amazing this house is but I’ll just say if you are considering this house, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it!

We loved the house along with the heated indoor pool. It's nice for larger groups with lots of room to spread out. They have a very large property with easy to follow trails and a small group of deer wandered through the yard one afternoon.

Summit House

The property was my best rental on VRBO. Reserved for Son’s 50th birthday party. Attended by 13 adults and one two year old child . Had ample room to spread out and enjoy all of he family. The custom house was one of a kind. Very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for and the location/views at the summit left us all not wanting to leave.

USAFA Grad week

This house was everything you could want and need for a gathering with friends and family. We had people coming in from out of state to attend and celebrate my son graduating from USAFA. We have rented many houses during our 4 years of visiting CO, this house far exceeded my expectations. It was so well stocked with whatever you would possibly need. Diana and Matt were great and went over all of the details of the house with us. They were awesome and very prompt with answering questions via text.

Perfect location for small ladies retreat

Our group loved our stay at the Summit House. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Setting is beautiful. We are enjoyed seeing the deer! This was our second visit and we all hope to come back next spring.

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over Easter. There is plenty of outdoor yard space for playing frisbee or cornhole. The house has a fabulous kitchen for cooking for a large group. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Home for a Large Group

We had a wonderful time at the Summit House. It's huge, beautiful, and it was the perfect place for our family to reconnect. It was beautiful inside and out. The kids had a blast exploring the trails around the house and were in the pool any chance they were given. The sounds system is super fun - you can pipe music throughout the house. The kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were all spacious and well appointed. The managers/owners were responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!
