Perfectly located less than 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy and under 20 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and the airport, this home is designed with both comfort and adventure in mind.

The Home
🏠 Step into the main level, where vaulted ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and capture the mountainous scenery. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample space to prepare group meals. From the kitchen you have direct access to the full-length deck, making indoor/outdoor flow seamless. Adjacent is the spacious living room with a gas fireplace and large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after your day's adventure. A dining room offers amazing views to accompany your meals.
The master suite on this level offers a king-bed, a work desk, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking jacuzzi tub, heated floors, a walk-in shower and a spacious closet. Two additional queen-bedrooms (one of them with a desk) share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

🔽 Downstairs in the walk-out basement you'll find the group's fun hub: the “Bear Den” game room with foosball, darts, a large smart TV, sleeper sofa and direct walkout to the backyard. A bunk room features two twin-over-full bunks. There is another queen bedroom and yet another room with a futon plus a desk, great for some quiet working time if needed. A ¾-bathroom with walk-in shower and a laundry room are also on this level.

With multiple living areas and high-speed internet throughout, there's plenty of room for the whole group to stretch out and enjoy.

Enjoy the large fenced-in yard that gives families peace of mind, along with a private hot tub, propane grill and firepit for evening gatherings. The upper deck spans the length of the home and features an outdoor dining table, lounge seating, string lights and a second propane fireplace to extend your outdoor enjoyment into cooler evenings. With both the balcony and the walk-out patio from the basement, you have endless ways to take in the fresh mountain air and stunning scenery.

- We provide a high-chair, baby gate and pack-n-play for stays with little ones.
- You will have access to the 2-car garage and large driveway for parking
- Central air conditioning is not installed, but given Colorado's excellent weather we provide portable AC units and fans for your comfort.
- This home is NOT pet friendly
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
