The Bird House is a wonderful property with great views of Pikes Peak and convenient access right off the highway in case of inclement weather. There is so much to see and do in the area and the home is well stocked with excellent layout and accommodations. We would absolutely stay again!

Awesome master suite on main floor with gorgeous mural on the walls, 4 spacious and very clean bedrooms in the lower level, location is easy to find and close to shopping. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating about the early checkin we needed. Perfect home for large groups!

Great experience, amazing view. Wal Mart nearby. Hot water available only to first 3-5 person using shower then water turned cold. We asked property owner they said it’s old property and there is no solution to it. Overall, good property.

Great property for our family of 10 adults an 2 children--plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Adequately stocked for cooking meals. Good location with quick access to Pikes Peak highway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Wolf Sanctuary, Colorado Springs and more. Close to the highway so quick access to Walmart just a couple of minutes away and close to other stores and restaurants. Very convenient.

This is the second time we stayed here. It’s a beautiful home and great location. Last year everything was perfect. This time, there was significant wear and tear that needs maintenance. Beautiful mountain view

Beautiful home with gorgeous mountain view from the great room as well as the deck outside! There were lovely spaces for our entire family to stay. The hot tub and propane fire pit were enjoyed by all. The property could handle a little loving care, but overall it was a great experience! Thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing place!

We LOVED this place! It was the perfect size for our group of 10 and had everything we needed and then some! The master bedroom is gorgeous with a super comfy bed and has a beautiful view to wake up to. The hot tub was perfect. The deck is huge with lots of seating. Communication with the host was great and it was easy to find. Highly recommend!

Loved our family time!

This property was a perfect fit for our week away from the summer heat in Texas. The layout of the house let our son and family enjoy the entire lower level with three children while myself and husband enjoyed the upper. The location was superb. The host responded immediately to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Our family of 5 flew in from Hawaii to meet up with family who drove in from Texas. The property was as beautiful as the photos! It was well stocked, location was easy to find and access, close to the activities we planned, and very close to stores for last minute items. We had 4 children (10, 9, 5, and 1), and 7 adults. Everyone enjoyed the property (especially the hot tub!) and we had a wonderful family vacation. I would definitely come back and would recommend to others. Thank you Thi for hosting us!

Perfect new years location

Once you open the door, you realize the pictures on the posting don’t come close to doing this place justice. The birdhouse is super spacious and it instantly feels cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The views from the deck are amazing and having a view of Pike’s Peak from the Jacuzzi was personally the cherry on top for me. My family and friends were more than impressed with the Birdhouse and we are already considering coming back next year if possible. I highly recommend the Birdhouse to anyone looking for a good mountain retreat. I applaud Thi for having such a great place and smooth communication.

This house is even better than it looks

I wish I could give this house 10 stars. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms to the outdoor deck. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed to prepare a meal for 13 people, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The furniture was comfortable and all the rooms were thoughtfully laid out. There were fireplaces upstairs and downstairs which added great ambiance in the evenings. Thi was a very attentive host and answered all of my questions expediently. I would highly recommend a stay in this amazing home.

Amazing Woodland Park Getaway

This property was incredibly beautiful and the owner was so kind and accommodating. She left a high chair and pack and play crib for my nephew and was in communication with me before and during my stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clean and well organized, not too remote but still secluded. I am a local to the Colorado Springs area but I will definitely come back to this property! Beats a hotel any day.
