Breathe in the tranquil setting within earshot of Lake Michigan waves from one of our multi-level decks or cozy upper balcony bed swing. Bring the family! The delightful landscaping, a campstyle firepit, a wooded pond with turtles and ducks, a small hill for sledding, yard space for the kids, and a trail to the beach (opposite side of the road) makes this home the perfect oasis for all ages! With about 5 minutes of walking distance to Lake Michigan, you can enjoy sunset every day, picnic at the park, or jump in the waves! Then come home to endless hot tub time while the kids hang out in the game room. At night, turn out the lights and star-gaze into the inky darkness.

This house is located in Southwest Michigan, close to many beaches, orchards, wine-tasting/breweries, golf courses, shops and cafes, and several wedding venues such as Stonegate Manor, Mill Creek Wilde, Blue Dress Barn, and Sundance Studio. Less than two hours from downtown Chicago, three hours from Detroit, nine miles from Silver Beach in St. Joseph, nine miles from Van Buren State Park Beach, ___ miles from Rocky Gap, and 17 miles from South Haven.

With approx. 4000 square feet, these 5 bedrooms and 3 full bath home sleeps up to 14 people. There are many are plenty of areas to either gather as a group, or, spread out for different activities.

The main level is ideal for entertaining! It offers open living/dining and a large kitchen with an extra-long table that can fit 10-12 persons, half circular bench, a 50` TV, gas `flicker` fireplace, XL side-by-side fridge, XL gas range/oven, 12x20 ft balcony, and an 8-burner gas grill.

The upper level has three bedrooms, including a luxury master bedroom large balcony with a full-size swing bed and a Jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All three bedrooms have skylights. One additional full bath and the laundry room are on the upper level.

The lower-level walkout has a modular sectional that can be configured as a two-person bed, table and chairs, and a 65` tv. There is a separate game room with air hockey, basketball arcade game, a gym mat, 58` tv, and a futon that can sleep one person. Two bedrooms with two queen beds, a daybed, and a full bath round out the space. The lower-level walks out to a 16x40 ft large deck with a hot tub, and lots of outdoor seating.
COMING SOON: The balcony extends to a 12x45 ft deck that wraps around the house and connects to a third deck, 16x25ft. on the other side of the house. All offer amazing views of the pond, trees and nature. Also, a 6th bedroom with a private full bath connected to the 3rd deck 16x25ft will be available in later 2024. Date TBD.

Eight miles from Saint Joseph, MI (Silver Beach) and 17 miles from South Haven beaches. 35 minutes to Saugatuck. All beach towns offering unique shops, restaurants, great beaches and parks, boat rentals and more.

10 - 15 minute travel time to many local wineries and wedding venues: 12 Corners Vineyard, Blue Dress Barn, Vineyard 2121, etc.
