Welcome to our homestay! In the "Kyōto Room" – your 10 m² guest room on the first floor – you can enjoy modern comfort while also experiencing the warm atmosphere of a shared home. Here, you'll find privacy and a stylish shared bathroom, which is exclusively available to our Airbnb guests. The light-filled rain shower provides a refreshing start to the day, and there is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. Of course, we provide bed linen and towels.

Our house offers a spacious, inviting atmosphere over 130 m². As your hosts, we also live here but have our separate area on the top floor – so you can enjoy the benefits of a homestay without sacrificing your personal space.

We have paid special attention to the details in the design: ambient lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere, smart thermostats ensure optimal warmth in winter, and a high-quality water softening system makes the water noticeably softer – perfect for gentle showers and skin-friendly care.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge, and for a digital break, board games, card games, and books are available.

The open shared kitchen on the ground floor, which you will share with us, is perfect for preparing small meals or enjoying a relaxed breakfast. With its granite countertop, induction cooktops, and full amenities – from microwave to dishwasher – it leaves nothing to be desired.

The location could hardly be more convenient: the DLR (ESA) is just a few minutes' walk away, making our home the perfect accommodation for business travelers and scientists. Bus stops and the S-Bahn station are also nearby, so you can easily reach downtown Cologne, the fairgrounds, or the airport.

In the “Kyōto Room” – your 10 sqm space on the first floor – you’ll find modern comfort and plenty of privacy. The room includes access to a stylish shared bathroom reserved for our Airbnb guests, featuring a bright, rain shower that ensures a refreshing start to your day. The house, spanning 130 sqm, has a welcoming, open atmosphere, and there’s also an additional guest WC on the ground floor. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided. We, your hosts, also live in the house but have our own separate area in the attic.

We’ve put great care into the details: the lighting creates the perfect ambiance, while smart thermostats provide optimal comfort and energy efficiency during the winter. A high-quality water softening system enhances water quality, making it softer – ideal for gentle showers and skin-friendly hygiene.

In the summer, our sunroom invites you to relax – perfect for enjoying peaceful hours in the open air without having to leave the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and for a break from the digital world, we offer board games, card games, and books.

Free parking is available right in front of the house, and you can even park on the property in front of the garage or the entrance.

During your stay, you’ll receive a personalized access code for the front door, which is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you flexible entry. This code will expire after your check-out.
