Conveniently located in Collingwood, Ontario only 1.5 hours from the GTA, this home is a 5 minute drive to Blue Mountain Resort, a 7 minute drive to Northwinds Beach & 20 minute drive to Wasaga Beach (the largest fresh water beach in the world!). Enjoy hiking/biking trails, golf and so much more! Set your dayâs agenda from hitting the slopes, to relaxing at the spa. This home will make you feel warm and welcomed to the four-season destination of Collingwood & our neighbour Blue Mountain!
The Space:
Step into our chic and modern unit, where every detail is curated for your utmost comfort. Bathed in sunlight, the space radiates warmth from the expansive windows that accentuate the open floor plan. The kitchen, a chef's dream, is adorned with sleek quartz countertops and is equipped with everything you might need to whip up gourmet dishes. Also includes pots & pans, salt and pepper. Choose to dine in the elegant indoors or take your meal outside to one of the inviting private patios.
The primary bedroom is a haven of luxury, nestled on its own exclusive floor. Indulge in some downtime with a 50-inch smart TV, or refresh in the attached ensuite bathroom. For a cozy group gathering, the living area, fitted with a 60-inch smart TV, is perfect. If outdoor grilling is on the agenda, the covered deck with a BBQ stands ready for all seasons. Elegantly designed and furnished with contemporary pieces, this unit promises a stay characterized by style and serenity.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire unit, including the covered deck equipped with a BBQ, and two private patios with dining furniture that seats up to 8. The expansive outdoor space off the patio is perfect for various outdoor activities, ensuring you make the most of the beautiful Collingwood surroundings.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled between the shores & the slopes, Collingwood is a beautiful four-season destination buzzing with year-round events, tons of outdoor activities including skiing, golf, hiking, paddle boarding or spend the day relaxing at the luxurious Scandinave Spa. Enjoy dining and drinks from around the world in one of our many independently run restaurants and bars. Blue Mountain Resort is a 10 minute drive. Walk around the Village at Blue and shop or dine at one of the many 5-star shops and restaurants or dance the night away in a nightclub. With so much to offer, This area will leave you wanting more of its adventure and tranquility.
Getting Around:
With private parking for up to two vehicles, you can easily explore Collingwood and beyond. Blue Mountain is a mere 10-minute drive away, offering skiing, mountain biking, and scenic views. The region is well-connected with trails and roads, ensuring you can easily access all attractions either by car, bike, or on foot.
Other Things to Note:
**MAX 2 cars parked in the driveway on the property as per condo rules. Additional vehicles will be towed. There is no guest parking availble. Please plan with your guests accordingly.
