Booking and check in was great. House is underwhelming compared to photos. They must use a wide angle lens as the bunk bed room is no bigger than a large closet. The kitchen is TINY. We encountered a couple cockroaches as well. I also found it sneaky that this place states it sleeps 12, but it includes cots and couches that fold into beds in that count...which I understand somewhat, but what is very misleading is that they have a picture of the same bedroom in the pics - but with different bedding and the furniture slightly different - so you see a bedroom with I believe white bedspread and then another bedroom pic with black bedspread - but its the SAME bedroom. It's just deceptive. I should have looked closer, but again the same bedroom shouldn't be pictured with 2 different set ups - can definitely make it seem like there's another bedroom. Also, the back porch TV did NOT work. Overall, it worked out fine. The ad needs to be updated. Its a very old house with a few updates, but think college kids type party house.

What a great experience I would highly recommend


We had a GREAT time at this property. Loved so many things about the house. Hot water that NEVER ran out, the air conditioner worked AMAZING. The mattresses were great. The floor plan worked great with our large group. Had a fun time playing in the garage. We never had time to try out the patio/backyard, but wish we could’ve. We have absolutely NO complaints Ioved our time there and I will highly recommend others to stay there.

Wedding Weekend in CS

We needed a place to stay for the weekend where we could prepare the flowers for my daughter’s wedding and have a family barbecue the night before the wedding. The house is spacious and clean, there is plenty of seating, and the activities in the garage were a hit. Everyone loved the Aggie decor and the layout of the house because it lent itself well to a large crowd. I paid extra to have additional guests at the barbecue. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but I brought everything I could possibly need, so I can’t speak to what the kitchen has or doesn’t have. I appreciated the extra fridge in the garage; it came in handy!The only negative was the beds were not comfortable. None of us got a good nights sleep any of the nights we were there. :(

Wedding Weekend Group Stay

The written description is accurate, however the picture painted loses some luster in reality. It is an older neighborhood with a wide range of care given to surrounding houses. While the house does sleep 12, that is utilizing every couch and futon and rollaway bed. The bathrooms have the necessary pieces, but are very small.
