Noce is part of a large estate with over 1000 olive trees nestled in the Umbrian countryside; within the estate there are three farmhouses: Moraio, Noce and Rose. The houses are totally independent and the presence of vegetation and hedges ensure the privacy of each villa.
Farmhouse Noce develops completely on the ground floor and is totally accessible and accessible by the disabled. The accommodation consists of: living area with fireplace, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with waffles and American, naturalized water and two double bedrooms with bathroom. Is equipped with: wi-fi, air conditioning, tv in the room, heating, dishwasher, washing machine.

The center is equipped with a large Jacuzzi, a sauna and turkish bath and finally the gym for sports enthusiasts. Access to the spa is for the exclusive use for guests: on arrival guests will receive a preset program where every house has access to the wellness center at predetermined time periods and as a result they use so exclusive and private.
