Beach Baby is located right on the water’s edge, on the banks of the beautiful Pelican Bay. Set amongst bushland and located at the end of a quiet Cul-de-sac, this is a peaceful location to get away from it all.
Guests can explore and walk along the water’s edge, go fishing and swim directly from the edge of this property at the Swan River.

This house has a relaxed feel with large windows facing the water, an expansive sundeck, three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom.

The main bedroom has views of the water and a comfortable queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a tri-bunk.

The kitchen is well equipped and you have waterfront views from the kitchen, lounge room and dining room.

Beach Baby is fully self-contained with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

There are BBQ facilities and outdoor dining options, while the lawn is a great place to lay out a blanket and have a picnic or have the kids play safely under the shade of the trees.

You can bring kayaks, stand up paddle board or your windsurfer and have the convenience of being on the water’s edge.

There is a bench on the edge of the lagoon at the end of the garden where you can sit and watch pelicans, sea eagles, and many other marine birds, as well as little wrens darting through the trees. You can often see wallabies on the lawn and the odd wombat having a stroll.

A great space for couples, friends and families.

There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat. The boat ramp is only 300 meters away on the same street.
