Best Vacation Ever

So much to say but I’ll try and keep it short and sweet…..property was as described in listing (beautiful), the property managers (Hema & Joel) helped us prepare dinner reservations and island activities before arrival. Communication was flawless and never an issue, home is built like a fortress and felt very safe, home extremely clean and well stocked, pool, beach and views were just incredible. Best family trip by far. Thanks again Hema and Joel for help making it so special. I would not hesitate to book this property…..

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pelican Key Beach Villa. The home is beautiful, spotless, and extremely well maintained- even better than the photos. The indoor and outdoor living spaces are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views throughout the day. The infinity pool was a favorite for our whole family, and the sunsets from the pool and outdoor living space were incredible.The beach directly in front of the villa is quiet, peaceful, and lovely, and it’s an easy walk to Kim Sha Beach, restaurants, and activities. We felt completely safe during our stay, which made the location ideal and very relaxing.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, the beds were very comfortable, and having an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus.The property managers, Hema and Joel. were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and available for any needs or questions. The home was missing nothing. We highly recommend this property!

The house and location are perfect. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the beach area were everything you want in a beach vacation and was our favorite spot. The house is equally beautiful and added to a perfect family vacation. Hema was a fantastic host. Her communication was fast and she was incredibly helpful. I would rent this home again without hesitation. Great family memories!

Great Location and Great View

This house is located within walking distance to so many different restaurants so you don't need to drive very much. The house itself is clean and well maintained with the swimming pool sitting in front of the ocean. We watched numerous sailboats, yachts and cruise ships go by while sitting in the beautiful pool. Hema was a great host that made sure everything was good with us and the house. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

An amazing stay!

Our stay at Pelican Key Beach Villa was a highlight of our recent trip to St Maarten. The villa was extremely well maintained and had everything we need for our 9 day trip. The views from every room were breathtaking and pictures don’t them it justice.Hema, the proper manager along with her husband, Joel, took great care of us. From arranging a catamaran for us and our friends, to giving us great tips on what to do around the island. We were surprised to see the fireworks right in The Bay on New Year’s Eve. They were incredible hosts. We will definitely go back!

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We spent an incredible week in Saint Maarten, and the house itself was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail seemed carefully considered, which made it feel both comfortable and special.Hema and Joel were available immediately to meet any of our needs.What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was in fact, Hema and Joel. They went above and beyond with their kindness and care in a way that we will never forget. Unfortunately, I broke my femur during our stay, and they immediately stepped in to handle all of the necessary emergency arrangements. In a very difficult and stressful moment, they were calm, compassionate, and incredibly supportive.Because of them, I felt truly cared for—not only by my family around me, but also by Hema and Joel. Their presence made an unimaginable situation so much more manageable, and their genuine concern meant more than words can express.Despite the unexpected circumstances, we left feeling deeply grateful for the experience and for the extraordinary people who made such a difference. We will never forget Hema and Joel and will be forever thankful for their kindness.We would absolutely return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway.

Friends Group Vacation

This is an incredible home that exceeds all of your expectations! We stayed 7 days with a group of 10. The hosts, Hema and Joel, met us upon arrival and communicated with us throughout the week. We were greeted with beverages and a fresh fruit platter! They even arranged our first trip to the grocery store and assisted us ordering dinner in the evening we got there. This home is the ultimate experience! Clean, spacious, stocked with everything you will need. Each bedroom has its own cooling system, so everyone is happy. The infinity pool and view are the best part of the property. You can take a short walk from the patio to the beach below and walk the shoreline. The home is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, small grocery stores and some shops. We felt extremely safe everywhere we went! Highly recommend this property and the hosts!

This is an incredible property. The second you open the front door you'll see the infinity pool and a wonderful ocean view all the way to Saba. The five en-suite bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed. The interior is tastefully decorated well equipped, but honestly we spent all our time outside. There's a shaded sitting area for 8-10 people, a large dining area and gazebo with reclining chairs. It's your choice to be in the sun or out and all next to the pool with ocean views from every spot. The sounds of the ocean soothed us as we relaxed in the pool, played games, read books, and prepared for our adventures for the next day. We walked to different grills and restaurants most nights as this is easy enough and yet once in the Villa it was very private. We've done many VRBOs before but was clearly the best to date.As great as this property was it almost pales compared to the hosts themselves. They picked up and returned us to the airport. However, that was just the start. Hema was awesome at recommending land and catamaran tours, a private chef for a night, and a taxi service we used throughout our stay. One night we were too tired from an all day water adventure, we asked about food delivery and she sent us menus and delivered it herself! None of us had been to St Maarten before so our answer was to call Hema and problem solved, exceptional service. I could go on but truthfully you cannot make a mistake by booking this place! Simply exceptional.
