Excellent accommodations. Local manager Wilma was the best. Charming lady and so personable. Weather was amazing the entire week. Great activities beaches beaches beaches and delicious food. VRBO took time to check on us during the week. We will be back to Tiki Topper one day.

Very clean and everything worked well. Parking/driveway was very tight for the SUV we rented. View was nice.Hill and rough roads make a car necessary

Perfect Vacations

This condo is perfectly equiped with all we need and more … Wilma is extraordnary! It was very easy to communicate with her. She even sent someone on New Year’s Eve to fix electrical issues in the condo. The location is perfect ! I would certainly return in this condo when we Will come back to St. Martin !

Relaxing vacation getaway

Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We couldn't have found any better views than we had from the patio. Quiet and peaceful with only the sound of the ocean to be heard. We enjoyed time in the pool as well as enjoyed walks along the beach. Every evening we sat on the patio for a relaxing drink before heading out to the casino for a night of fun. Restaurants were close by and all had great food and most had happy hour specials each day. We will definitely return for another visit and highly recommend this beautiful home right on the ocean

FANTASTIC!!!

We have owned timeshares and been coming to St. Maarten for the last 18 years, since our timeshares are still being rebuilt after Irma we decided to rent this condo, I am really glad we did because it made me realize how much I need to get out of the timeshare business. Everything about this property was great it just feels more like a home rather than a hotel room, and the property managers Wilma and Denise were a pleasure to work with. Hope we can rent it again.

Beautiful getaway

My husband and I had the opportunity to visit the island of St Maarten and get away from the icy cold winter of the States. From the time we arrived we were in awe of our surroundings. Couldn't ask for a more perfect location! Right on the ocean with views that were to die for. The 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath condo was very large with plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. All the comforts of home but located in paradise. Everything we needed to stay in and cook our meals but close enough to all the action when we wanted to enjoy a meal out. The sunroom overlooked the patio, pool, beach and ocean. The home was extremely clean and modern. It will definitely be a place that we plan to revisit again.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY GETAWAY!!!!

Had a wonderful 10 day stay on the island of St Maarten at a terrific condo. Three couples shared the unit and we each had a spacious bedroom and each had a private bathroom. The views are unbelievable!!!! The condo is located right on the ocean and we sat on the patio most evenings to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set. We were convenient to everything. Even though we had rented a car, most things were within walking distance. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and even a casino just right around the corner. The owners were staying in another unit on the property during our visit and it was great getting to meet them. We will certainly be back again and highly recommend this property for your next visit to St Maarten

MY WIFE AND I JUST CONCLUDED A 30 DAY VACATION AT THIS PROPERTY LOCATED IN SIMPSON BAY. THE ONE BEDROOM GARDEN UNIT IS WELL FURNISHED AND MODERN, THE KITCHEN IS WELL STOCKED BUT THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS ARE HARD TO RESIST. THE PATIO AND POOL AREA IS PERFECT FOR WATCHING ALL THE VARIOUS BOAT TRAFFIC. THERE ARE NICE SHADED AREAS FOR READING OR WATCHING THE GORGEOUS SUNSETS. RENT CARS ARE EASILY AVAILABLE BUT NOT A NECESSITY TO EXPLORE THE ISLAND. THE SIMPSON BAY LOCATION IS AN EASYWALK TO GROCERY STORES, RESTAURANTS AND THE BUS STOPS. THE OWNERS AND PROPERTY MANAGER ARE VERY ACCOMODATING. BEING RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND OCEAN IS A REAL PLUS. THIS IS TRULY 'THE FRIENDLY ISLAND'

Great condo with beautiful sunsets!

We just returned home after spending 8 nights at Point Blue/Pelican Key with family for a cousin reunion (6 people total). Bottom line is that this a great place! The property is spacious beyond belief with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A huge living room/kitchen area with an equally huge screened lanai for relaxing, reading, gathering and watching the Caribbean waves. The interior is nicely decorated and very clean. We cooked in a couple of evenings found the kitchen to be extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. The patio and pool area is the place to be at sunset with a glass of wine. Simply beautiful view! This area of the island seems to be almost completely recovered from hurricane Irma. There are restaurants and a small market located within a 5 minute walk. More restaurants and a large market are also within walking distance (approx. 10-15 minute walk). The walk does include a couple of small hills that might be a challenge for some folks but our group of reasonably fit retirees had no issues. Denise was very helpful and responsive during the booking process. Although the regular on-site property manager was away during our stay, arrangements were made for a substitute and everything was fine. I have no hesitation recommending this property. The only issue we had was that we had to leave and go home. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Great Vacation - Wonderful Condo - Great Location!

Loved loved loved staying at Point Blu. I would give it 5 Stars Plus but for the lack for central air. Each of the bedrooms did have air conditioning that worked very well. We spent the early mornings and evenings in the sun room which had great cross ventilation so it wasn't too bad. We were also there in September, which is one of the hottest months of the year. However, that would be the only drawback. This unit is so convenient to some great restaurants and easy easy to have as a home base. Loved watching the cruise ships coming and going. They even had a pair of binoculars we could (and did) use! It is a very spacious unit and it is nicely decorated. There is a safe in the master bedroom closet, and we left our passports there (except for when we went day-tripping to Anguilla!). We sat on the deck and used the pool a few times after returning from the beach or from an early dinner. Denise was very easy to work with. Her onsite manager Wilma was great. We called her for a few small items we ran into and she was extremely responsive and made note of those items we wanted Denise to know about. We took sunscreen and bug spray with us and noticed that others had left what they didn't use, which was very nice for us. They had the most fantastic bug zapper that was half flashlight and half electronic fly swatter. My daughter loved it. I mention these few things to give you an idea of how thoughtful the owners are. All in all, I would return here and recommend this condo with no qualms!
