This was a great house that is perfect for friends/family of any size. The island it’s located on is a friendly community and is the perfect getaway to escape from the real world. The restaurant at the marina is fantastic and the local store right before you get on the island has everything you could need if you forgot something. Very convenient all around. The golf course in the middle of the island is super nice to have and the golf cart to cruise around the island is a huge plus as well!

Great place with a great view!

The house was cozy and welcoming. It met all of our needs for a weekend stay as a family. We appreciated the efforts made to meet the needs of all types of guests, since we had two small children (3 and under) with us. We all enjoyed waking up with a beautiful view of Coldwater Lake.

Island Vacation

We had 6 adults and the property worked out very well for us. We enjoyed golfing on the island, boating jn the lake, miniature golf nearby and some good restaurants in the area.

Great little place.

We had a great time during our stay. It was a great location for us and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were easy to communicate with ahead of time when we had questions. A few more hangers and places to unpack clothing would be helpful, but overall things were great. Beds were comfortable and all of us slept well!

Comfortable Stay

The house was very comfortable. I enjoyed the evenings on the front deck watching the lake. The neighborhood is fantastic and the neighbors were all friendly as I would walk around the island each evening.

Weekend getaway

We had a great weekend. We enjoyed this beautiful home. Relaxed in the backyard, hung out at the beach and enjoyed all the comforts of home without being home. Took walks around the island and rides on the golf cart. So enjoyable!!!!

A Perfect Family Get-Away!

We loved this vay-cay home for many reasons: the kitchen was usefully stocked; plenty of beach toys included to enjoy days at the association private beach area; usage of the golf cart was an added plus; tastefully decorated home, and comfortable sleeping too. I rate them 5+

Fantastic Time

Place was as described. Clean, inviting house. Host was easy to deal with and got back with us quickly about a slight issue that occurred!! I would highly recommend staying here. Only downside is across the road from the lake but beautiful view!!

Family Vacation

Very nice house but needed some general maintenance done. The air conditioning worked very well-at times too well. Need to allow guests to adjust the temp especially with small children in the group. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
