Located in the stunning natural setting of Barranco Blanco, La Fuente del Pedregal Casa 1 offers you the chance to connect with nature while enjoying proximity to local services. You can easily access the centre of Malaga 35 minutes by car or the centre of Coín, just 15 minutes by car, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and local businesses.
If you prefer, you can go hiking and cycling to the waterfalls and natural lagoons of Barranco Blanco.

The outdoor spaces will be shared with the guests of the other 3 houses. The property has 4,000 m² of gardens, swimming pools and recreational areas designed to guarantee your comfort and fun. Walk among the trees, relax on the lawn or enjoy an outdoor meal next to the lagoon. Among the outstanding facilities, you will find:

- An artificial lagoon, ideal for boat trips or simply relaxing by the water.

- Two swimming pools on different levels, connected by an exciting built-in slide, which ensure fun for both adults and children.
