Ocean Sands 1 is a fully furnished, two bedroom unit located on ground floor - directly opposite Sawtell Surf Club and just around the corner from the heart of Sawtell where you will find the RSL Club, award winning restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping and more. Walking distance to everything!
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests:
Main bedroom: Queen bed, air conditioning, TV and blackout blinds
Second Bedroom: Double bed and TV
Bathroom with toilet and shower located between the two bedrooms.
Ocean Sands 1 is in an idyllic position only a stones throw from the beach. Sleep to the sound of the rolling waves and the smell of the sea air. Relax and unwind on the verandah and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.The open plan living and dining area ensures that you will holiday in comfort, with the kitchen providing you with all your cooking needs.
