Undercover parking is included and there’s plenty of untimed street parking.

Only a 600m walk away, Park Beach is a gorgeous, unspoilt, long beach. It’s a haven for holiday makers, with its vast space, relaxed ambience and dune backdrop. Also within walking distance of the property are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs including the Park Beach Plaza, the famous Hoey Moey and Park Beach Bowls Club. Along with Cafe Aqua, The Mermaid Beach House, Ernie's Kitchen and more, there is an enormous variety of eateries on offer. The Surf Club with its restaurant and bar is only 1km away and walks abound, with a playground nearby.

Providing further entertainment for the kids is the Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, only 1.5km away, and if you feel like venturing into town, Coffs Harbour Marina and the main restaurant strip is just over 2km to the south.
