Bedroom 2 also has its own side deck that leads onto a lush fernery.

The Main House is designed for privacy and comfort. Also shared on the 1-acre property land, but completely separate, is a fully self-contained granny flat with its own entrance, deck and outlook. Ideal for extended family or friends, both dwellings can be booked for the full Bonny Emerald experience. Each has its own private outdoor space, positioned on different levels of the block for total privacy. The Main House has the front deck, garden and side deck.

Outside, you’ll be surrounded by nature. The 1-acre property rises up a steeper slope toward the top of the block, that both house and granny flat guests are welcomed to checkout. The lovely elevated views look out over eucalyptus trees with glimpses of the ocean beyond. Spot native birds, wallabies and kangaroos, or wander down the road to see the friendly white donkeys and Kia, a brown horse who loves carrots.

The granny flat located further up the slope has its own entrance and outlook. Both main house and granny flat guests are welcomed to explore up the slope to view the beautiful eucalyptus trees and ocean glimpses. Guests have full privacy and self check-in on arrival. We’re pet-friendly! If you're bringing your dog, please ensure they’re well-behaved around other dogs, as the granny flat guests may also have friendly pets. We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture and bedding.

Please note, the front entrance has a set of stairs leading to the deck and front door, not ideal for those with mobility concerns with stairs.

Regarding noise, as the neighbourhood is wonderfully quiet and we’d love to keep it that way for everyone to enjoy. We ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings, and thank you in advance for respecting the peaceful surroundings.
