Great central location! Just a block from a pedestrian and bike path that leads to all of the area’s best attractions! The lake, marina, beach, boutique shopping, and best restaurants and pubs are all nearby. Brand new everything! Remodel completed 2021, with new paint, flooring, counters, doors, shower, tile, vanities, fixtures, and finished with all new furniture and linens!

Disappointing

Convenient location and getting both sides of a duplex seemed perfect for our family. Disappointed that one of the "bedrooms" has no window or fire exit. We weren't willing to let any family members stay in that room, which was tough because our large group needed every bed. It was also one of the few rooms that had ac, so we squeezed extra people into one of the rooms without ac. Felt like the cleaning fee was fair, but not when the floors were extremely dirty and the beds were rough. Black feet and socks after an hour of walking around. Grandma and Grandpa gave up the bigger room with ac for one of the families with a newborn. This left us in a hot room with a bunch of hair in the "clean" bed. Gross. My wife who was on the verge of sleeping in the truck or going to a hotel opted to put on more clothing, including a full hoodie, and lay on top of the sheet after I had swept most of the hair out of the bed. We certainly won't stay here again or in any property listed by these owners who seem to be intentionally misleading in their listing.

The property was in a great location. The cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall it eas good. There was plenty of space for our entire group. I would recommend this location.
