This inviting, updated home offers everything your family needs for a comfortable stay—space to spread out, modern comforts, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Just a short stroll from one of Cody's favorite parks, it's a great launchpad for local adventures or laid-back days at home. Weather you are planning a visit to Yellowstone National Park, a fishing or hiking getaway, or soaking in the attractions and history of Cody, make Sage Retreat your home base. Step inside and you'll find a bright, open kitchen and dining area that's made for gathering. Whether you're whipping up a family feast or enjoying a casual breakfast at the island, you'll love the generous counter space, modern appliances, and sunny dining nook. A handy pantry, washer/dryer, and breakfast bar make life even easier.
The spacious living room is the perfect place to kick back—sink into the comfy sectional and enjoy a movie night on the large smart TV. Just a few steps up is the serene main bedroom with a king bed, double closets, and en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tons of storage.
On the main level, Bedroom 2 has a cozy full-size bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a full-size futon for sleeping or relaxing on. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and there's a hallway linen closet for all the extra towels and supplies.
Need more room? Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find Bedroom 4 with a twin bed and full bed, plus an extra twin mattress if needed—ideal for sleepovers or siblings sharing a room!
Outside, the fun continues! The large backyard is made for enjoying the great outdoors. Stories and smores around the firepit to make memories for year to come. Fire up the propane grill for a BBQ and unwind in the Adirondack chairs while the kids explore the open space. Monthly Rental Information: For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
