Welcome to Casa Antigua, my beloved home in Cocoa, Florida, where comfort and character meet. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, built in 1923, offers an authentic slice of Cocoa's rich history.

Inside, you'll find a warm living space with classic features and an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows fill the home with natural light, highlighting its timeless design. The living room and bedrooms have TVs, Wi-Fi is throughout the home, and a workspace includes a convertible stand-up desk and a comfortable chair, perfect for remote work.

Step outside to a lush courtyard with a pool, shaded patio, a fir-pit and a big yard perfect for pets and kids. Enjoy poolside relaxation, al fresco dining, and quality time with loved ones. Indoor entertainment includes a pool table, bar, board games, bike, rollerblades, and a yoga mat.

A 6-minute bike ride takes you to historic Cocoa Village, filled with shops, restaurants, and pubs. Cocoa Beach is a 15-minute drive away, offering seaside adventures and sunsets. Supermarkets and shops are 8-10 minutes away, and the Kennedy Space Center is just 20 minutes away.
