Quiet Cocoa Beach condo close to it all! Beautifully updated and ready for your visit! This condo has it all! Walking distance to Publix and a multitude of Dining options. You`re only 4 blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beaches! It can`t get much better than this. Don`t feel like walking to the beach? No problem, the condo pool is just a few steps from your front door! Inside is perfect for that getaway you`ve been needing.

Guests can use the entire space. Only one car allowed and your parking space is #51. The parking pass is waiting for you inside the Condo.
*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.

SAFETY FIRST:

We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:

* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and
we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines

Important Booking Requirements:

After booking your stay at Windward West 30, please provide your best email address in the chat so we can send you the required Tenant Information Form and instructions for completing the HOA application.

All guests must complete an online application/background check through the HOA’s website, with a $100 fee per applicant over 18 years old.

Please note these requirements are set by the condominium’s HOA and are not within our control. All information must be submitted and approved by the HOA prior to your check-in date.
HOUSE RULES:
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature of the booking app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Checkout Instructions:

Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental.
Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don`t forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.

2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.

3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.

4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.

5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.

Cocoa beach

I did have some problems checking in the Ron unit was assigned to me. The passcode was wrong to get into the right unit. Never had a parking space the whole time I was there had to park in visitors and one night I had to go across the street and park in a public parking lot. The first night there the toilet broke was unable to flush. It was fixed by the end of the next day. Also had to have the maintenance man come and hook up the TVs. Nothing was working the hot water wasn’t very hot. And if it was more than a 10 minute shower, you would run out of water, but the place besides that was beautiful. I really enjoyed the people around there. The pool outside was really nice. It was easy and convenient to get to the beach the grocery store in the bar definitely had a good time. Just my first 40 hours. There were stressful after that I loved it.
