We are available 24/7 for any recommendations of any kind such as restaurants, activities, nightlife, water and bike rentals.

Guests are encouraged to read, honor and abide by all House Rules.
- Absolutely No gatherings/parties allowed.
- Only booked guests may occupy throughout the stay (unless priorly discussed/approved with additional fees to be paid in advance).
- No Pets (allergies).
- A Security Deposit is required for every reservation per House Rules.

- Pay All deposits
- Routine Pool and Lawn Maintenance (schedule is found in house manual)
- Honor all Rules.

Guests have access to all parts of the home including the garage for laundry & equipment storage.

Please Stay OUT of the covered owner's area.

Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for enjoying the game table, laundry, beach supplies and equipment only.

You are welcome to our beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and bikes. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy.

**Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood and respect the neighbors, all of whom live here full time, are elderly and like to have their quiet peace and privacy. Please do not bother the neighbors with questions about the area. If you have any questions or need suggestions we are always here and happy to help.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
We are happy to accommodate up to 8 guests (including children). Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund.

PETS are not allowed (Allergies).

PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Outdoor music is prohibited between 9:00pm to 9:00am. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture.

CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.

Please keep in mind that we operate on a 90% occupancy rate and it takes the cleaning crew anywhere from 4-5 hours to clean a home this size. On the other hand if you want to guarantee a late check-out, you can book an extra night. The same goes with an early check-in. We try to accommodate our guests the best way possible but we are not able to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out unless you reserve it.

PROVIDED: Upon Arrival you should make an inventory of what you will need for the duration of your stay. To get started, you will have items provided such as;

SMOKING:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the home and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes in the lawn, garden, or in surrounding areas.Smoking is allowed outside with the doors home doors closed, only.

DISCLOSURE:
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.
