Locally Managed: Our condo is personally maintained and managed by us, the owners—no middleman, just direct care and attention.

New Trane AC System: Installed in late 2023, this high-efficiency AC heat pump will keep you cool and comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

Watch the Cruise Ships and Launches: You’ll have a fantastic view of the launch pad and can watch the cruise ships sail out to sea right from the comfort of the living room or balcony.

This is a second-floor unit, and there is an elevator for your convenience.

We do not provide baby furniture.

No campers, trailers, boats, or motorcycles are allowed on the property. This policy is strictly enforced.
