A day of fun at the beach is only a short stroll away using the traffic light crosswalk. Fill up the wagon with beach toys galore, including Surfboards, Body Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Sandtoys & More!

Your private backyard oaisis is set in a quiet neighborhood that gives you the choice of playing games with the family, relaxing in a hammock, telling stories around the firepit , watching an outdoor movie, grilling a delicious meal & sipping drinks in the shade of the tiki. Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If you’re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. You’ve worked up an appetite so it feels great to sit down for a delicious meal, some great conversation & a few rounds of your favorite games. End the night with some quiet music and stories around the fire.

BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we needed was there! Toys, kayaks. Surf boards. pools. Strollers, sunscreen! There was even every hygiene item in the bathroom., super cozy beds and linens, every kind of cooking thing you’d need and a massive grills! Heated pool and across the street from the most beautiful natural beach and excellent surf .. oh and BIKES ! RUN to book this awesome place! !! Truly the best

This was an amazing getaway for us prior to setting sail for an 8 day cruise. The house was amazing along with the grounds. So much to do right there and never have to leave. The host didn’t miss one single need and even some needs we didn’t know we had like the cupcakes. lol.

BEST VRBO home stay yet! We’ve rented for over 10 years now. This home is top notch. It is evident in each detail the owners take pride in providing an exceptional experience. 3 of us were celebrating birthdays
 the owner’s thoughtfulness in personalizing our welcome filled our hearts with joy! Each room exceeds expectations
 comfy beds, refreshing showers, large cozy couch and fully stocked large kitchen. The outside is tropical oasis. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch as friendly people biked to the beach or shops that are close by. One night we sat in the screened in porch to relax and listen as a short thunderstorm cooled everything off. The backyard is full of fun! Put-put golf, bikes, boogie boards, kayaks
 list goes on. We spent time in devotion and journaling under the perfectly hand crafted tiki hut. Floating in the picture perfect pool was definitely a highlight. Ohhh and everyone should nap in a hammock at least once! The home is across the street from a free parking lot that leads out to the breathtaking ocean. Make sure to get there early or go for an evening stroll. Sunrise was magical. We are so grateful for a truly wonderful week!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs
 cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!!

Our own little resort

This house is everything as described and is worth every penny you pay for. Greeted with the most beaitiful and delicious cupcakes, this alone set the tone of our stay. Wendy and Jim were very communicative through the process and helped us with a few different things that came up. Everything is very clean and anything you need extra, we had it there! The only thing was that there were no dressers in the room, but Wendy thanked me for the feedback said they would address it. My family had a lot of fun in the backyard and the pool was clean and temperature was perfect! I believe families that book this home will be very happy with their decision and the memories that they will make! Kudos to both Wendy and Jim for making this the most wonderful experience, very close to perfect!

Best Vacay Ever

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16. All she wanted was a relaxing beach trip, with lots of tanning and swimming. The hosts went out of their way to make this stay special for our daughter. The details made her feel so special and the property was everything she wanted. The house is gorgeous! The back yard is so fun and the pool was perfect. I cannot recommend this property enough!!!!!

This place was wonderful. Beautiful, clean, and with very warm and thoughtful touches. The location is excellent as it is across the street from the beach. Family Reconnection

My family of 6, along with my parents stayed in the house for a few days for some R&R at the beach and, more importantly to visit with relatives who live in Orlando. It was perfect! Wendy thought of everything! The house is perfectly set up for fun, relaxing family time - the kids were never bored! The pool is great and all of the outdoor games and activities kept everyone outside for the majority of our time there. Also, the house is fully stocked for a day at the beach. The home had something for everyone of all ages. There is nothing they didn’t have that you would need/want. There were multiple spaces for ALL of us to sit and eat (which is not common with a large family)! The communication was fast and easy. Accessing the beach was super easy
. Right across the road. There is even a cross walk right in front of the house. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Would absolutely book again.

Not only have the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need, but the location and home are amazing. A five minute walk from the beach and just the best possible stay you could find on the Space Coast. Fabulous listing

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many. The home is very clean, and this is my top priority when booking. It is also so well stocked that you can literally bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. There were so many extras, and the host was super helpful with recommendations and even has a book with coupons and addresses for anything you may want. There were so many extra thoughtful things like spices, Ziplock bags, baby items, toys, games, swim diapers, pullups, diapers, toothbrushes, literally anything I forgot I am sure it was there. Chargers in every room, things for the beach, bikes, yard games. We had an amazing stay and will defiantly stay again in the future. I didn't even have to go anywhere but the backyard and I still felt like I was on vacation, the grandkids loved the pool and mini golf. I cannot say enough good things about this house.

Best back yard!

Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic!
