The Oasis House is just a short 300-foot walk to the beach, offering the perfect setting for a family vacation or romantic getaway. This inviting, family-friendly home features a tropical saltwater pool and jacuzzi, along with a spacious private outdoor area complete with a tiki-covered dining space, comfortable lounge seating, and beach essentials ready for your use. Enjoy an easy stroll to the shore for stunning sunrise views.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully updated with all-new furnishings, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals of any size.

*The Space*
This cozy mid-century modern home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All beds, linens, and furnishings are brand new for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes coffee and tea to start your day.

The private outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, and heated outdoor shower. For families, we provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and kid-friendly dining ware. Entertainment options include ping pong and darts.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of an unexpected cancellation.

This beautiful and immaculately maintained home sits only one street away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Our hosts were so nice and they responded quickly to any request. The pool and spa definitely worth every dime you spend in booking your vacation at the Oasis house. You need not look any further for a place to come relax and regroup in Cocoa Beach.

The host was very responsive, the house was pleasant with a nice layout, the pool and hot tub were very well maintained (shout out to JJs Pool and Spa Sevice), and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. It is a great location for watching launches- 3 minute walk to the beach for a perfect view.

The Oasis House was fantastic. It is about a 4 minute walk directly to a wonderfully quiet stretch of beach. And when you are done at the beach you can come back to the home's pool and patio area which really is a private oasis. As for the fundamentals, the home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the basics were all provided. If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we will look here first.

Very cute property! Very close to the beach! Had a great time here for a week. Backyard is relaxing and inviting. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Had some house cleaning issues upon arrival, but host responded quickly and was easy to work with. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis house! This was the nicest pool/hot tub we ever had. It was a bonus that there was an area in the pool to place an umbrella and still be in the water for those of us who burn easily. We had some rain so the ping pong table and darts was a lifesaver. Another bonus was being only a three minute walk from the beach! So nice. The kitchen was well stocked but would have appreciated some more cupboard space to store food we bought. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here!

Our two-week stay at the Oasis House was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the great outdoor space (pool & hot tub) allowed us to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and immediately took care of the two issues we noticed upon checking in, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was a holiday week. The Oasis House the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying there again.

The house was perfect and at a great location. Tomas was a wonderful host. They have thought of everything from the linens to the beach gear, game tables and furnishings and more. It truly is an Oasis.

AMAZING

Just the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you’re relaxing on the beach but also has the added bonus of the pool and hot tub on the property that we also used each day. House was great and host was attentive and quickly responded to any questions.

It was truly in oasis!

Our stay was truly enjoyable! This home is well appointed, very clean and the owner was exceptional, very attentive to our questions and any needs. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely the place to stay! It is so close to the beach and the pool is absolutely fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable! When you arrive, you really feel as if there's no need to leave! Thank you to Tomas, the owner, and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing pool!

We loved the pool and outdoor area!! Great place to hang out! The beach was a short walk and all around the house was a short drive from Publix, ice vream, mini-golf, ect. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. :)

Great Backyard

We had a great time in the backyard. Could have been better lightning in the back especially when driving up for the first time at night. We had an issue with the Hotub but the owner Thomas came and fixed it within a half hour. Great stay.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The property owner was incredibly communicative with us when we had a few hiccups. The property had some maintenance and the crew didn’t clean up in between so it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected in the kitchen & dining areas. Otherwise it was fabulous. The location was super private and the pool/hot tub were fantastic!

Everything we needed

This was a family Spring Break trip. House had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 5. Very short walk to the nearly empty beach. Backyard with pool, hottub, and plenty of seating were amazing. House was far enough away from main Spring Break crowds, but close enough to run into town for dinner.

Great Space for Friends

The property is very well suited for a group of friends that want to spend time in a warmer place. The house provides great accommodation for six adults and plenty of socializing space out on the pool deck. Super easy access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach accessories. Had a great time and look forward to scheduling a return trip!
