EXPLORE THE SPACE COAST
You`re in the heart of Cocoa Beach on Florida`s Space Coast — one of the most unique beach towns in the country. This isn`t just a pretty beach (though it`s definitely that). This is a place where you can watch a SpaceX rocket light up the sky, kayak through bioluminescent waters that glow beneath your paddle, and spot sea turtles nesting on the shore — all in the same week.
For families, the options are endless. Book a surf lesson for the kids — this is the Surfing Capital of the East Coast. Take a dolphin and manatee tour on the Banana River. Explore the Dinosaur Store & Museum, Brevard Zoo, or Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures. Catch a show at the Cocoa Village Playhouse or spend a rainy afternoon at the Exploration Tower in Port Canaveral.
Kennedy Space Center is just 30 minutes north — an absolute must for families. Tour the launch pads, meet an astronaut, see the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close, and experience the Shuttle Launch simulator. And with SpaceX and NASA launching rockets almost weekly from Cape Canaveral, there`s a real chance you`ll see one from the beach during your stay.
When you`re ready for a theme park day, Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are all about an hour`s drive. This is the closest beach to Walt Disney World — so you can do both without choosing.

GETTING AROUND
Free parking on-site. The condo is centrally located in Cocoa Beach and incredibly walkable — Publix, restaurants, mini golf, and bars are all a short stroll away. The beach and pool are less than 100 feet from your door. Most days you won`t even need your car. When you do, Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon`s are a 5-minute drive, Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes, and Disney and Universal are about an hour.
