Welcome to our newly listed vacation rental. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the dock and sunrise walks on the beach. Our 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom canal front home with a boat dock is great for a relaxing stay. Bring your boat for some incredible fishing in the Banana River, Mosquito Lagoon, or offshore out of Port Canaveral. Enjoy sunrises at the famous Cocoa beach pier. Minutes from World famous Ron Jon Surf shop and vibrant downtown Cocoa beach. Stay a few days before you head out of Port Canaveral on a cruise, take a day trip over to Orlando's world class theme parks, come for a rocket launch, tour the Kennedy Space center or just enjoy tranquility at the beach.

If you're looking for a cozy home with high-end amenities and incredibly comfortable beds, you've found the perfect place!The kitchen is fully equipped, and the real highlight is the private dock where you can watch manatees, dolphins, and all kinds of birds. You can enjoy them right from the dock or take out the kayak (and SUP) that are included with the property.It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk (or short drive) to Publix. Communication with the host was outstanding — she responded to every question instantly and was super helpful with tips and recommendations.Highly recommend! We had an amazing stay!

Home was in a great location in Cocoa Beach - very close to many dining options, beach, and river. The interior of the home has been updated throughout with comfortable bedding, quality linens, and new appliances. Outside lanai was a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon. We did some fishing off the dock with a little success, but the highlight was the daily visits from dolphins around the dock. Liz and Jeff communicated well before and during our stay. We'd recommend this house to family and friends.

Beautiful home

The house is very nice and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped, they provided coffee pods which was nice. All bedding and mattress are super comfortable. Will definitely like to come back.

This was a great house. It was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the dock every night. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs, toys & beach towels. There were life jackets for the paddle board and kayak. We loved sitting on the screened in porch. It is a short drive to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.

A Little Slice of Paradise on the Space Coast

The property is in a quiet residential area but very conveniently located to the beach, stores, and Kennedy Space Center. It is clean, well decorated, and homey. The furniture is comfortable and sturdy. The house is well stocked with anything you could need. My kids loved going out in the kayak. We saw manatees, dolphins, and a sting ray from the dock out back. We were even able to see and hear a Space X Launch one night! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend.

Great Cocoa Beach location

Overall a very nice home and convenient location. Great patio from which we watched the shuttle launch. So fun to have a covered fishing area right in back. Very short drive or 13 min walk to beach. Attention to detail was impressive. Well stocked. Few suggestions to add to the overall experience: add a garbage disposal, correct the flush of the front toilet, and perhaps improve the quality of the bathroom tissue. We also needed to wash one of the quilts in the children’s room.

The property is as described. We loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to many things.If you are okay with a 1 - 2 mile round trip you can walk to a different restaurant for every meal.The house, porch and dock are great.We especially appreciated the variety of coffee already there.We intend to come back next year.

Palm tree paradise by the sea

Our Family stayed here after a full week at Disneyworld for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end our vacation!! Relaxing River Oasis live up to its name. This property was nicely decorated, clean and had everything you might need in a vacation home. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend this property!

Space coast sports complex stay!

This VRBO exceeded its online photos. It was a wonderful home with every thing you could need and more. My husband and I plus our two 13 year old boys stayed here for a baseball tournament at space coast sports complex. It was a quick 25 minute drive to the complex and was worth it to be so close to the beach during off time!! Really this VRBO is 5 Stars

Family Trip

We absolutely loved this property. It’s in a great location. We walked to the beach everyday, walked to Ron Jon, and almost everywhere else that we needed to go. We were greeted by a pod of manatees in the morning and watched the dolphins playing around. The house came with fishing stuff which was amazing because we caught a puffer fish and a sting ray and multiple other fish as well. We loved this home so much that we added an extra night because we were not ready to go home yet. My family is already planning our trip back in December and again in April.

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. Ideal, serene location. The home and property was beautiful. Everything within the home was perfect, and in excellent condition. My grandson loved fishing off the dock in the backyard. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We will be back again!

Great spot!

House was well equipped, super clean and nicely updated. Spent loads of time fishing off the dock. Made good use of the kayak and was able to get very close contact with multiple playful dolphin friends and some shy manatee. We were even able to see a rocket launch. Beach a short drive away. Should have and would have stayed longer if we could have. Property manager super attentive and even let us know that the property was ready a few hours early. Responses were quick. This place is a win.

Great House, Perfect Location

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this was one of the best. The location is perfect on a wide canal in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants, shopping and major routes. The house was lovely, immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. We would certainly stay at the Relaxing River Oasis again.

Place was perfect for us. But there was a bunch of bugs everywhere. In spare bedroom and in the kitchen. Not sure what kind. I recommend checking to make sure it has been exterminated before you go. Unless that’s normal for Florida.

Wonderful getaway

We loved this property. The views are amazing. The house is clean and comfy! We also got to see one of the rockets launch and could see it from the dock in the back yard. Close to Kennedy Space Center and the beach plus you could see the big cruise liners come in just a mile or town down the road. Great time!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location with everything you need already there. We brought things for kitchen because other trips we needed things. Not so here! Everything was amazing and wish we could have stayed longer! Dock is beautiful, we would have paddle boarded but weather didn't cooperate! Lights at nite are beautiful! So peaceful and relaxing!

Fun relaxing weekend

We had such a great time! The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you can possible think of. Very close to the beach and the water view from the backyard dock was amazing! Having the kayaks and the paddle board was so much fun! We enjoyed going out at night and seeing bioluminescence waters! What a beautiful sight! And to top it off we got to watch a SpaceX launch! Great memories!!
