We had an amazing spring break stay! Our group included 4 adults and 3 kids coming down from Wisconsin, and this place couldn’t have been a better fit for us.The outdoor space was a huge highlight — the pool, hot tub, and backyard setup were absolutely perfect for our group to relax and hang out. The outdoor TV was a major bonus, especially for keeping up with March Madness while enjoying the warm weather.The location was fantastic as well — an easy walk to the beach, and we really appreciated having plenty of beach toys and chairs available. It made beach days effortless. Being a short walk to downtown was another big plus for grabbing meals or exploring.Inside, the home was just as impressive. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a full week stay, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well laid out for both adults and kids.Overall, this was exactly what we were hoping for in a spring break getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group or family!

I was honestly surprised my first time using Vrbo and I was impressed. They had all sorts of stuff you could use for the beach, chairs things to build a sand castle and much more. The beds were very comfy! They have everything you could possibly need. I really enjoyed my stay!!!

The hosts were very welcoming. The property is in very good conditions with great location. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. All you need for the beach is available from beach chairs, towels, trolley, hats, and more. I would highly recommend for a fun family vacation!

My family and I stayed here for spring break. House was immaculate, back yard was a private resort with clean pool, hot tub, functional fire table. We saw a rocket launch from the hot tub! House was quiet with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean and inviting and the pool hot tub area was AMAZING! The walk to the beach was nice and close, also that area of the beach was pretty quiet! Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
