Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis votre 3Úme étage, balcon direct sur l'océan. Cette unité est juste à cÎté de la célÚbre jetée de Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! Cette unité dispose d'un lit King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hÎtes et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. De plus, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, comme Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, des jouets et des accessoires de plage, des draps, des serviettes, une cuisine complÚte, un lave-linge / sÚche-linge et bien plus encore.

La jetĂ©e est idĂ©ale pour les personnes de tous Ăąges. Que vous cherchiez Ă  pĂȘcher, Ă  jouer au beach-volley ou Ă  profiter d'un bon dĂźner et de boissons, il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts. Excellent location

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

Spring Break

Your property was absolutely perfect. My daughter is a first year teacher so I went Spring Breaking with her. Her twin brother joined us for 3 days. It was the perfect place and perfect location.

Beach oasis

Amazing location, right on the beach! The condo is clean with updated decor. Bathrooms are very small, but nice to have one in each room. Master bedroom is big with a good bed. Second bedroom is pretty tight. My only complaint, both bedrooms need new blinds since the windows open to the hallway. We had to hang towels for privacy. It was also very bright on the morning. Overall a great place and amazing location!

Property had a great view. Listing shows a larger bed in photos. Stock photo used no actual. Staff at the porperty not very friendly and floors in condo had been fairly dirty. Enough so a white wash cloth turned almost black. Corner and baseboards in every room dirty. Stove and oven had issues working.The owners of this property did a nice job on updates. However whoever maintains it is not doing very well. If I owned this condo I wouldnt be happy with cleaning and maintenance.

Everything about chateau was great, the view, beach, rocket launch viewing and booster landing at cape canaveral on the rooftop was clear. Will definitely come back in a couple years

Great Location

This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.

Beautiful View

We loved the condo, it was just as described, really better than described as it is closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were able to see a space shuttle launch during our stay which was amazing. It was a wonderful vacation. We will for sure be back.

Great stay

The property manager was quick to respond to our last minute request to extend our stay due to a flight change. The unit was clean and just as described. The building was a quiet retreat with easy access to the beach.

Fantastic Condo! You will love the view.

We couldn’t have been any closer to the Beach. Plenty of room for four adults. The pictures are true in the listing. Master BR Mattress is Wonderful! The bathroom are on the small side, but they work. Loved that one had a walk-in shower. Building is quiet and well lit and the elevators are quick. You don’t need anything as chairs, cooler and toys are provided. The checkin was easy and the communication was Great! Very Helpful. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.

Everything was just as advertised! Perfect location! The condo was beautiful! We had the ocean front and it was so nice chilling on the deck when the kiddos went to sleep and just take in the breeze! October at the Beach

We loved being there in October. We stayed for three weeks which allowed different friends and family to rotate visits! We loved waking to the view of beautiful sunrises and saw 4 rocket launches from the roof. The air mattresses were so helpful for some of the kids. We walked to the Pier for dinner several times and Publix is close by for groceries. We ventured out for several dinners around town though we loved just being at the beach! The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We did take our own Kureig. The pool and beach towels and chairs were helpful too! We plan to go back!

Absolutely the best view in Cocoa Beach!

The condo was spotless, very updated, and quite spacious. But the view from the balcony was heavenly. Most condos on the beach may have a partial view of the ocean, but this was panoramic! The hosts were easily reached for any questions and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, a short distance to the Port and even shorter to downtown Cocoa Beach! I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Chateau by the Sea! The condo was exactly as advertised. The view is incredible and access to the pool and beach were perfect and close! It was so nice that the condo had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and even a cooler for our use! Parking on site was easy and accessible. The building is in a great location, too. Kelsy was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries! We would recommend this to friends/family and would love to return!
