Overlooking the heated beachfront pool with the beach just steps away, you`ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of an extended stay. Ideally located near Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, dining, shopping, healthcare, and major employers. Minimum stay: 3 months.

Welcome to your home away from home at Saturn Condominium. Designed for comfortable extended stays, this inviting second-floor condo overlooks the heated beachfront pool, with the beach just steps beyond. Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms to make everyday living easy. Whether you`re relocating, working in the area, escaping the winter, or simply enjoying an extended stay on the Space Coast, you`ll appreciate the convenient location near Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, shopping, dining, healthcare, and major employers. When it`s time to unwind, relax by the pool, take a walk on the beach, or catch one of the area`s unforgettable rocket launches.

• Saturn Condominium is a secure, controlled-access building for the safety of residents and guests.

• Each reservation is provided with a designated number of building keys at check-in. Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee per key.

• Requests for additional keys beyond those provided at check-in are subject to a $200 fee per additional key.

• Please observe all condominium rules and quiet hours to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone.
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

• Set the thermostat to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Log out of all streaming apps you logged into & check for any personal belongings.
• Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
• Load and start the dishwasher (or leave rinsed dishes in the sink if there isn`t one).
• Take out the trash if it`s full.
• Lock the door and return the key to the lockbox (if applicable).
