🕓 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

We pride ourselves on thorough cleaning between guests.
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged at least 24 hrs in advance and are $25/hr.
If cleaners are delayed by late departure, a $50 service charge will be applied.

📜 House Rules
• No parties or gatherings
• Max 8 guests, all must be listed on the reservation
• No taping décor to walls/ceilings, glitter, or confetti
• No moving furniture
• No smoking indoors ($500 fine)
• Quiet hours: 11PM–7AM
• Driveway parking only (3 cars max)

🐾 Pet Policy
• $150 non-refundable fee per pet (max 2 dogs)
• Pets must be leashed in yard, crated when unattended, and cleaned up after

🔐 Booking Requirements

To confirm your stay:
• Sign rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking
• Upload valid driver’s license
• Provide card on file for verification

A $500 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout (via secure OwnerRez processing).

Exterior cameras (facing outward) and a noise monitor are on-site for safety compliance.
