Hammock Hideaway - Heated Pool Access, Bikes, Hot Tub, Surfboards, Chairs + more

We provide free beach supplies, bikes, kayaks, and six surfboards! Five-minute walk to an uncrowded, spacious beach. Three blocks north is South Cocoa Beach village with a surfer vibe downtown area. Two blocks to take the kayaks out on the Banana River canal.

Relax on the screened-in enclosed deck or jump in the hot tub! Enjoy games, a fire pit, and hammocks. The kitchen includes a coffee/tea bar and a waffle maker. The comfortable beds and relaxing living room make this the perfect getaway.

Our family loves staying here, and here’s why: comfortable beds, reclining leather sofas, a screened-in porch with a hot tub, cruiser bikes, fishing, a large fenced-in backyard for dogs with beach dog hours, and no high-rises on the beach—just large dunes and homes.

Each part of the home has its own charm. The living room features a large Roku-enabled TV, a comfy couch, and a table for six. The master bedroom has a King bed, a Roku 55" TV, books, and USB plug-ins for devices, plus a massage chair for relaxation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and Roku TV. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds and a pull-out couch. The kids will love the small pool table, games, and the Ms. PacMan and Galaga arcade!

Outside, everything you need for the beach is right by the door. The front screened-in porch has a hot tub and sitting area.

In the backyard, you can play games, relax in the hammock, eat at the large table, and enjoy the fire pit. You’ll find two hammocks, a complimentary ocean kayak, a two-person kayak, two inflatable kayaks, two paddleboards, foam surfboards, and beach supplies. Each kayak has a simple transport system to carry them two blocks to the ocean or Indian River. You can also enjoy the arcade, hot tub, small pool table, shared grill, and fishing rods.

This is a duplex with its own entrance and private outdoor area. We bought this property to enjoy walks around the area. The Banana River is two blocks away, perfect for fishing from the dock. The beach is also two blocks away, with friendly neighborhoods in between—great for walking and taking in the beauty of the area.

You have several ways to get around: drive your own car and use the designated parking space, or take the trolley from Space Coast Area Transit, just one block away. Check the schedule and pricing online. Stellar Transport provides non-emergency medical and handicap transportation in Brevard County for appointments, events, and airport trips. For trips to Cocoa Beach Pier or downtown, you can take a taxi or use Uber/Lyft. Feel free to ask about getting around. This duplex has no shared spaces. A large privacy fence surrounds your area, with games, a fire pit, hammock, and more for your enjoyment.
