You will enjoy every moment of your stay in this spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home. Amenities include a hot tub, fire pit, paddle boards and canoes, grill and smoker, enclosed beach shower, a pool room and a movie room setup with a wrap around sectional and blackout curtains to make movie watching a pleasure anytime, night or day. The kitchen is huge with a breakfast bar and conversational area making sure the chef is never left out of the group, and is fully equipped with extensive cookware. Meal prep will be a breeze! The Sun Room features a pool table and wide-screen TV with games and puzzles and a round table for activities or waterfront dining. The large hot tub accommodates up to 7 people depending on your familiarity and has around it a platform for ease of access and socializing.

Who says Florida doesn't have seasons?! Depending on the time of year you can experience Bioluminescence season, Sea Turtle watching season (5 minute walk to the beach), Beach Bum season, and fishing is always fun! If you are lucky, manatee and dolphin may visit you off the dock. This home is truly designed for entertaining. Imagine the kids are set up in the living room enjoying their favorite streaming movie, and the adults take in a panoramic water view while dining or playing a game of pool. Home offers so much book now before someone else does.

Very nice place, loved the 2 huge tvs, kitchen is well stocked with pans and gadgets. We were there 9 weeks so we cooked most of our meals and I even made cookies twice. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. We saw dolphins 3 times in the channel. We watched several evening rockets from the driveway! So cool!

I made the hot tub my morning ritual to gently get my older bones and muscles working. Was lovely for any aches at night also!The pool table was simply stellar. Great fun for a thing to do with our family guests. Nice round table for cards and enough chairs and a massive table in the dining room. That table was perfect for setting up for work also. My only complaint would be lack of a couple lazy boy type chairs to relax in for TV at night. This is typical of all the places we have rented so far though. Easy walking/biking distance to Publix and across the street the hotel there has a Tiki Bar and the beach. The local loop bus is also at the end of the road and to the right. For 75 cents over 62's can ride either to downtown Cocoa Beach or north to the Pier and beyond. The management team responded right away to an minor issue we had. Very friendly and professional team.

Spring Break

Pictures are accurate and it’s a beautiful property. I think saying you can walk to the beach is a stretch if you have young kids. You have to cross a main road to get to public beach access. Parking is also tight. Check in was frustrating. We got there 30 minutes early - after a nine hour car ride. There was a car in the driveway and if you haven’t noticed there is only one pic of the front of the house at the very end of all 99 pictures. I went up just to make sure we were at the right place and all was okay and the housekeeper yelled at me and then lied to management to say we kicked her out. We didn’t - sat in the car for the ten minutes. Then management came and gave us attitude for kicking out the housemaid when she was trying to get the mail (again we did not). Also the house is not in a neighborhood like they claim. It’s on a weird side road near apartments. Hope the housekeeper had enough time to clean because we left an entire day early.

All was as described, pictures were a good representation of the property. First time using VRBO personally. The email link for our stay didn’t have the front door access code when I first got it. I thought it would show up when we got closer to our reservation. Showed up at the property and still didn’t have it. I was having difficulties reaching our main representative, it was 8:30 on a Friday night. I tried another number and was able to get the code and get right in. From that slight hiccup on all was good.
