This is a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo, Newly Renovated!
There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa pullout in the living room. full size kitchen with abundant storage and 2 Amazon Fire Start TV's for your entertainment!
Centrally located so you are within walking distance to a diverse array of dining venues and local entertainment. This location is a busy downtown area. Breathtaking views of the rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, from the balcony of the condo!
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, 1 hour from Disney & Universal Studios, and only 50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The kitchen has everything you need, stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, glassware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room besides having an unbelievable view, has a sofa with a pull out Queen memory foam mattress, and a 40in TV with free WiFi. The bathroom has a tiled shower with a stone floor which includes soap, towels and hair dryer.
The bedroom, includes sheets, and pillows. This unit also has a washer and dryer. All units are thoroughly cleaned after all guests.
Outside on our balcony you will find stairs that will take you directly to the beach on your private path. We supply a beach umbrella, beach towels, sand chairs, cooler and boogie boards. The balcony also has a shower, to rinse off after the beach, plus a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning while you watch our beautiful sunrises.

View was amazing! Close to grocery, neat restaurants, coffee shops. Balcony was relaxing and we sat out nightly. Sunrises were gorgeous. Loud music from surrounding restaurants that did not bother us in the least and actually added to stay. Door dash had a little issue finding us but landmarks around area were good enough they made it there! Communication with host was stellar. Always available to answer questions!

The apartment is centrally located in Cocoa Beach with a beautiful beach front view. There were several highly rated restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe during the day and night. The condo is very clean both inside and out. I rented it because it had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Air conditioning was very cold. The inside of the apartment was very quiet. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and provided clear instructions for finding and accessing the condo. I had the opportunity to watch a Space X rocket launch at 2:45am. A memorable vacation.

Great ocean view

Nice clean condo, full stocked kitchen and lovely view of the ocean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view. Close to everything you need, you can walk to restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc.

Beautiful view. Apartment very clean. just steps form the beach.Only issue was with the bed, very uncomfortable as it sinks in the middle. After 1st night, we slept on the pulled out the rest of our stay. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

I live in FL so this was a nice weekend getaway for two of us. The beach was just down a . staircase then over the dune. The section of Cocoa Beach it is in is very walkable to Breakfast Lunch and Dinner spots.

Overall we had a great stay and Jean was very communicative and quick to reply when we had issues with WIFI. As mentioned in other reviews, the bed does tend to pull you into the center, my husband messed with the bed frame which seemed to help. Location is great as you are steps from the beach and downtown. That being said, you are able to hear the nightlife.

Perfect location! Beautiful Sunrises! Shuttle launched!

Caught the shuttle launch to rescue the stranded astronauts! View from beach and balcony! Super clean unit with washer/dryer in bedroom closet! So convenient! Walk to many restaurants and bars- but kitchen fully stocked for cooking! We will be back next year! Super host too!

Its a nice place

The location is very nice. Owner communication was excellent. Unit could have been cleaner upon arrival but was ok with the "once over" by us. TV is app driven so arrive with your log-in info. Bar near the unit is noisy but handled with white noise for sleeping..
