Our family enjoys it very much and we are happy to share with others looking to enjoy the quiet, but centrally located, side of Cocoa Beach. This first floor 3 bedroom apartment was recently renovated and is open and bright throughout. Seeing the views to the ocean from the kitchen through to the living room and front bedroom. With easy access to beach toys, chairs and even a cart to tow it all and hold your drinks, can be found in the double car garage that comes with the apartment. Literally just steps from the back patio to an ocean oasis from the ground floor makes it easy for back and forth to the beach. The nice breeze from the ocean gets direct to the patio to enjoy the ocean off the sand. A long kitchen table is positioned to view both the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset peaking through the kitchen window over a great dinner. Kitchen is well equipped and we hope you will enjoy the complementary coffee and espresso with a premium Nespresso coffee machine located in the kitchen. The unit also has a regular coffee maker. The living room area opens direct from the kitchen and dining area making the apartment a full open concept from entryway to the beach access double doors. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom along with large space for an office area or for a workout space (that’s what we do!). All bedrooms have smart TVs for entertainment. The 2nd bedroom is bright and spacious with a queen bed and a daybed twin and a Hide-away bed for kiddos. The 3rd bedroom serves as a second living room but easily converts to a private bedroom where a guest can Sleep soundly on the 4" foam mattress free from uncomfortable bars and springs. You won’t believe it’s a sofa. The condo is also just steps to the community pool that is very underpopulated if you need a break from the beach.
